Meget positivt, venligt og serviceminded personale. Værelserne vendt mod jernbanestationen er desværre plaget af støj fra jernbanestationen. |

We got a very good sized triple room, situated in the corner of the 4th floor (the last one). We also had a balcony overlooking the train station, where you can take one of the many trains that departs to Zermatt every hour. The sound of the trains at night could disturb someone's sleep, but I had no problem with that. Situated within a very short walking distance to the city center. Free car park |

Everything. We had the room we requested. The staff were brilliant. Jan was so helpful when I was ill and needed medical help on a Sunday. We have stayed before and will stay again. Not the hotel's fault, but a pity about the construction work going on out front that is marring the view of the railway. |

It's location was great. Yes, you can hear the station, but the trains and the announcements stop at a decent hour - we kept our window open. Did not hear the nightclub one other reviewer mentioned. Breakfast same every day. Wouldn't be so bad if there was more choice. |

Great service and staff. Perfect location for those who use buss or/and trains to and from Brig (Brig is great train junction). Rooms are quiet, but Europe hotel faces train station with it's north rooms. I think that south rooms are much more quiet, but with less spectacular view. Reseption is closed at night. It is a small town. So be there for check-in before 22:30 (you will be able to get out and enter the hotel after 22:30 when you done your check-in and have your keys with you. Otherwise contact the hotel, I believe that they will find solution for you. |

just out side the main railway station. no the hotel was fine, but it would have been nice to no that Brig and the surrounding araw closes down in the mouth of May. |
