The hotel is no more than 5 minutes easy walk, on the flat, from the station and the town centre and so is very convenient if you are travelling with luggage. I was catching the Glacier Express from Chur station the next day so it was ideal. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the rooms very comfortable. The staff were friendly and hospitable and the breakfast good. For the price paid and if you are looking for a good bed and breakfast option, it was excellent value for money

I feel that really good to stay. It is located on very near to city and railway station. Hotel people (may be owner) are more friendly..... We are little scaring on lift in hotel...shower was little noise....

Location was superb - cose to railway to visit The matterhorn and Zermatt and also Andermatt, etc. Breakfasts were very good with a broad selection to satisfy all. Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to provide information and extra services.

Proximity to the station and the town's sights. The husband and wife team running the hotel were very pleasant and helpful as were other staff members. The breakfast was good and included coffee or tea being made for us. Our room was age and included a table and chairs. Wi fi reception was good and was included in the price of the room. The small fridge in the room was not operating.The pillows provided lacked substance but perhaps others would have been available had we asked.

It was located very close to the train station. I was just using Brigg as a connection so location was the key. The room was very nice and had a walk out with a great view. Brigg is rather small, so getting into town was not difficult. The breakfast was also good here. The internet did not seem to function properly, which impacted the use of credit cards. I had cash to pay for the room so it was not a problem. Also, the bathroom tub was design in such a way as it required a very large step up. Not an issue for me, but people with mobility issues may want to ask ahead about easy access rooms / bathrooms.

The fact that we were quickly allocated a new room when it was pionted out to them that we had been given the wrong type of room.- There was a hair dryer in the room. There was no tea/coffee making facility in the room and there was no lounge to go and sit in if your partner wanted to go to sleep and you didn'T. I sat in the reception area instead. - No Toaster avaible at Breakfast.

Very helpful and friendly staff. This is family-run nice little hotel. Hotel is right across the train station, so you can buy train ticket and just walk across the hotel to board the train to Zermatt/Glacier Express. Sometimes you can hear the train. Not really a problem if you request a room that does not face the railway tracks directly. Closing the windows also helps.

We arrived very late in the evening. And the hotel owner was very nice and friendly. Even we were very late arriving, he made specially a baby bed ready for our baby. Price not bad, hotel very good situated, supermarket near and other shops, other hotels very expensive. Not far from the train station. Would like to come again.

Tremendous friendly folks who spoke very little English but we managed to communicate. Lovely breakfast, quiet room, comfy bed The wi fi was not working which was a frustration but the owner offered us his computer in his office. The bar was not open so difficult to find local wine (minimal inconvenience)

Although a local pub the accommodation and food were of a high standard equal to a good hotel. The location was good for exploring dales area. It is a pity that local public transport is so poor meaning that a car is essential for exploring the area.

We were provided with a lovely big room and were very comfortable for the three nights we stayed at Brig, which is a great location for visiting sights like Matterhorn and the Aletsch glacier. Hotel is close to station and the centre of the old town. Staff were very helpful Room was a little noisy from the trains nearby, even though we were on the side away from Station. (Station is only 100 metres away)
