The location near the railway station at Brig is excellent. Our room was facing the courtyard, so we didn't hear any noise from the railway. The room was modest but spacious. There was no minibar in the room, contrary to the information on the website. The receptionist was friendly but did not speak English. |

Very friendly and helpful staff, bang opposite the station, clean rooms, the gentleman at the counter allowed us an extended stay for almost 2 hours as the check out time is 11.00 but we had a train at 1.30 - a very good gesture for comforting the client |

It is very near to the Railway station and convenient. At night time, about 9-11pm, you will hear some nosie come from the street, maybe from the running cars and the people talk loudly in the street. |

The attendant was very good lady and friendly. The room was very small and old. Lifts were too small. No lights in the hall way. |

Trains to Zermatt literally right across road. Good size room. Breakfast very ordinary with parts appearing to be re-served daily. Smoke from bar circulates throughout hotel. |
