Great service and staff. Perfect location for those who use buss or/and trains to and from Brig (Brig is great train junction). Rooms are quiet, but Europe hotel faces train station with it's north rooms. I think that south rooms are much more quiet, but with less spectacular view.

Reseption is closed at night. It is a small town. So be there for check-in before 22:30 (you will be able to get out and enter the hotel after 22:30 when you done your check-in and have your keys with you. Otherwise contact the hotel, I believe that they will find solution for you.

just out side the main railway station.

no the hotel was fine, but it would have been nice to no that Brig and the surrounding araw closes down in the mouth of May.

Location of hotel to town convenient as the town is ped.only and this allowed easy access, price reasonable

very close to the railway station+centre

theres a step in-between the hallway and bathroom,which i triped over twice! so watch your toes!

location was excellent especially for using the swiss rail system. very friendly staff. Our room was very adequate, with excellent ensuite. At rear of hotel with beautiful mountain view.

The hotel was old and untidy, so much so we didnt end up staying there, we didnt feel comfortable there with our 2 small children (4 and 5).
The town of Brig was beautiful but stay somewhere else.

Opposite the train station and near a nightclub, we could hear the music loudly in our room. No way you could sleep there.
