What a surprise...what a wonderful stylish Swiss Hotel. Blink and you'd miss it. So this Hotel is frequented by locals in the know and some lucky business travellers who discovered it by chance. Great restaurant, lovely bar, a fantastic atmosphere. Comfortable bed and clean bedding. Spotless, tasteful furnishings ...stunning small hotel with friendly cheerful staff. This is a must stay Hotel, convenient walking distance to Tiefenbrunnen, Stadelhoffen, Old Town etc...surrounded by great things to do and awesome places to see...but I would have been happy just to spend an entire 2 days just enjoying this Hotel. Absolutely gorgeous a+, expensive but often good deals available on bookings.com ................ You will always have a more enjoyable time in Zurich if you can try to speak some basic German. Can recommend Berlitz hand book. Dont be offended that the Swiss will correct you and maybe laugh at your pronounciation ... it just means they like you :-)

Just loved it!!! Wonderful employees, atmosphere, restaurant, rooms, just fantastic. Best hotel i have stayed in for years. I am definittly coming back!! :)

Location was excellent. Very clean and nice rooms, good bed and pillows.

The reception staff (Tim, Corinne, Alen) were exceptionally helpful and pleasant, making my stay very enjoyable there.

Basically I liked 3 important things. I) Extremely friendly staff who were always smilling and all the times went outside their way to help, ii) the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, its an old hotel but appears to have been recently fully refurbished, the linens and towels were fresh and clean; and iii) the location close to the center and quiet. Absolutely fantastic.

Nothing that I dindnt like, but if I have to say something then it will be the size of the toilet, but did not bother me at all, so long it was clean and towels were fresh. The rates were a bit high but the quality deserves it.

Quality of the rooms in well-maintained old Zurich style. Elegant, clean, high ceilings. Very professional, presentable, well-spoken and polite staff.

The location is great, so is the restaurant. Hotel service is very good also.

The bathroom was far too small, so was the space where they put the toilet, while taking a shower the water flew into the bathroom and we had to stop it with towels otherwise it would have streamed into the room. This is not a bathroom for a 4 star hotel. The bed was very small also and head and end covered with blue velvet, looks beautiful but not very hygienic as it can't be cleaned.

Beautifully renovated hotel, very good location, nice, helpful staff. I could easily come back to this hotel.

A nice hotel, well situated close to the lake of Zurich, with friendly personal and nice little rooms.

Although the hotel was renovated not so long ago, the rooms look already a bit worn out. Some stuff in the room is a bit older.

Apesar de estar ciente que o café da manhã não estar incluso , pagamos a parte o café 25,00 euros por pessoa o café completo , que foi realmente decepcionante , muito fraco pelo preço.
