I stayed at Hotel Europe for 6 nights, and I found it a very comfortable experience. The reception staff were warm, friendly and extremely helpful. It's ideally located by Lake Zurich, and within walking distance to Stadelhoffen train station, Bahnofstrasse shopping, as well as the Niededorf shopping/ bar and restaurant district. Right nearby there's also great coffee and eating at Tibits. Also loved the room interiors with use of antique furniture. |

Hotel accepted to replace room, but only after I received an undervalued and unappropriate room. very poor breakfast and late depart policy especialy where their loby is very limited and no room to relax before train/plane time. |

I like the design of your hotel rooms, the colours and the style. I booked a room with you this week and it was the night of my wedding, and i chose Europa because your rooms are very romantic! Many hotels in Zurich are all very business/conference like, the interiors of the hotels i mean. I dont like that. |

space of the room Dont put the aircon including the hot air exhaust in the room.....it absolutely doesnt make sense and doesnt cool the room. Dont additionally charge for soap....c'mon please give me a break. |

People were friendly and the room ws gernally clean, but all Swiss hotels are generally clean. May need some upgrades in finishings very soon. |

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Besuch der Altstadt, Bahnhofstr., Kunsthaus, Uni-Gelände, Oper zu Fuss möglich. Individuell eingerichtetes Zimmer. Nach Opernbesuch kann noch diniert werden. Künstlerpublikum. Leider war der Abfluss am Waschbecken eingeschränkt, der Wasserhahn tropfte. Der Geräuschpegel vom Innenhof war nicht unbedingt angenehm. Keine Parkmöglichkeit. Im Restaurant keine Unterteilung in Raucher und Nichtraucher. |
