η φιλοξενη&εξυπηρετικη συμπερφορα στην υποδοχη(ιδιαίτερα του απογευματινού),η ζεστη & η καθαριοτητα των δωματιων,ο αρκετα πληρεσ μπουφεσ του πρωινου& φυσικα η βολικη του τοποθεσια! παντελη ελλειψη δυνατοτητασ να φασ η να πιεισ κατι κατα την αφιξη σου & ο θορυβοσ του δρομου ειδικα πολυ νωρισ το πρωι(φορτωματα/ξεφωρτοματα)!

This hotel is located only a 5 minutes walking from the central train station and 10 minutes to the city center. Very friendly staff! Upon arrival you will receive the Geneva Transport Card which is valid during your stay so that you can use the public transport for free. This card is also valid on the train to the airport. Breakfast is included in the price. Free WiFi.

Very convenient for everything. Easy to get to and walking distance from shops, lake, cathedral. Nice continental breakfast and friendly hotel staff. Free use of wireless Internet which is a bonus!

Staff were excellent, couldn't have done more to help. Good bathrooms. Third bed in the triple room was a pull out bed. Fans only made rooms hot, especially with three people.

Very good location in the very centre of the city, close to Cornavin central railway station and Lake Geneva. Small and quiet hotel, newly furbished. Only one wall socket provided next to bed, the second socket serving other electric appliances, E.G. laptop computer, tv, etc. is located high on the wall immediatly under the ceiling in the corner above the wall mounted tv, which is difficult to access (you need to stand on the chair).

The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and although the hotel was cheap, the breakfast was included and free wifi was a real bonus. The breakfast was odd - it was advertised at an 'American breakfast' - I don't know if whoever wrote that has ever been to America! the light fittings in the breakfast room were very low - I almost bumped my head on more than 1 occassion!

Central locations, walking distance from main station.Ideal for city sightseeing and shops. Choice of restaurants near by. Bed was very comfortable and the good amount of towels and facecloths available. Room was very hot but able to open the window, however this was on to the main street and could be noisy but really didn't disturb us. As the temperature outside was extremely cold it was much nicer to have a very cosy room with a option to open a window if necessary. Enjoyed the breakfast - good choice to cover all tastes (possibly include bacon with the hot choice of scrambled egg and beans)

Very clean Reception staff were very helpful and pleasnt Perfectly located close to the train station and the old town Breakfast set me up for the day The lady in the breakfast room was rather rude and unpleasant. She greeted guests by scowling and when I spilled some yoghurt on the table cloth, she gave me an awful look and brought down a fresh table cloth and put it roughly on the side of the table whilst i was still eating!!! She was clearly annoyed! I thanked her as I left and she simply scowled at me all the way out the door!! Surprising that she is allowed to behave in that manner towards guests given that the reception staff were so pleasant and polite.

The room was well appointed and comfortable, the location is ideal - central but on a side street - and the wi-fi was free and worked pretty well. It was a bit pricey on this occasion due to high demand on hotel rooms the week I was staying.

The excellent location, the kindness of the staff, the american breakfast. The rooms on the street side are a bit noisy from 7.00 o'clock in the morning.

For the business purposes , when one is very short of free time? as well as for leisure it is very convenient, Location is in the very center of the city with all necessary public transport within 5-7 min. to reach. Big and popular shopping center is next door. Shopping mall just across Rona river for less than 10 min. of walk. Double room may not be spacy enough for a couple of 54 sizes. Standard continental breakfast slightly expanded by fried sausages and scrabbled eggs Personnel is OK The price is reasonable, but was really good before the rate of CHFhas not rocketed 3-4 years ago/

Good location: a few minutes from a bus stop where buses go every 10 minutes to reach airport in less than 30 minutes. Few minutes from Mont Blanc bridge, city tourist office. Provide a closet to leave your belongings if you are for a couple of days out.
