地点离中心火车站很近，走路5分钟，交通方便，房间干净、整洁、舒适

房间很小，房价有些贵

酒店位置非常好，房间整洁、舒适，而且也有电梯，价格也合适，并且有三人间。早餐是包含的，只是食物比较单- 调。

酒店早餐太单调

Very convenient for everything. Easy to get to and walking distance from shops, lake, cathedral. Nice continental breakfast and friendly hotel staff. Free use of wireless Internet which is a bonus!

Staff were excellent, couldn't have done more to help. Good bathrooms.

Third bed in the triple room was a pull out bed. Fans only made rooms hot, especially with three people.

I spent only one night there but it was pretty nice and clean hotel. If I will know more I will share my experience.

Very clean Reception staff were very helpful and pleasnt Perfectly located close to the train station and the old town Breakfast set me up for the day

The lady in the breakfast room was rather rude and unpleasant. She greeted guests by scowling and when I spilled some yoghurt on the table cloth, she gave me an awful look and brought down a fresh table cloth and put it roughly on the side of the table whilst i was still eating!!! She was clearly annoyed! I thanked her as I left and she simply scowled at me all the way out the door!! Surprising that she is allowed to behave in that manner towards guests given that the reception staff were so pleasant and polite.

The room was well appointed and comfortable, the location is ideal - central but on a side street - and the wi-fi was free and worked pretty well.

It was a bit pricey on this occasion due to high demand on hotel rooms the week I was staying.

For the business purposes , when one is very short of free time? as well as for leisure it is very convenient, Location is in the very center of the city with all necessary public transport within 5-7 min. to reach. Big and popular shopping center is next door. Shopping mall just across Rona river for less than 10 min. of walk. Double room may not be spacy enough for a couple of 54 sizes. Standard continental breakfast slightly expanded by fried sausages and scrabbled eggs Personnel is OK The price is reasonable, but was really good before the rate of CHFhas not rocketed 3-4 years ago/

Breakfast would be improved: poor and low quality.

It was convenient to the buses and train and shopping. The staff was helpful and the breakfasts good. And the price was very good for Geneva.

- The room was clean. - The staff (I interacted with the reception mainly) was very helpful. - It was close to the city attractions / train station.

- The breakfast served was minimal, only enough for one's not to starve. - Although free Internet connection was made available, it was very slow and was disconnecting all the time, which caused impossible to use it efficiently for my business purposes. - I was charged from my credit card before I had checked-in to the hotel.
