地点离中心火车站很近，走路5分钟，交通方便，房间干净、整洁、舒适

房间很小，房价有些贵

酒店位置非常好，房间整洁、舒适，而且也有电梯，价格也合适，并且有三人间。早餐是包含的，只是食物比较单- 调。

酒店早餐太单调

Comfortable with a king size bed, breakfast included, our room was clean and it had a verandah that enabled some fresh air into the room. Although our room faced one of the main streets it wasn't noisy. Receptionists were helpful. Very close to all the shops for shopping or for food.

The elevator was very small...there was only enough space for 1 person and 2 large suitcases.

I was very impressed with Hotel Excelsior. I've stayed in several hotels in the center of Geneva for access to the airport the next morning and this was the best one. Convenient location close to Cornavin station. Nice breakfast. Very clean and comfortable.

Great location. Some very clever extras - namely the free public transport pass covering buses, trams and trains for the city - also a big plus when you want to catch the train back to the airport. The staff was generally friendly and helpful. The rooms were well supplied.It was one of the very few European 3 star hotlels I've seen that supply washing flannels (cloths) to clean your face - a very pleasant surprise.

Breakfast was good quality - great fresh coffee, they don't use those automatic coffee machines that I detest at so many hotels. BUT they were a bit weird about salt and pepper shakers, There were just a few of each to go around to many more tables, so there was a lot of removing them from one person's table to give to another. What's that all about? It's not like these are expensive items to supply. The boiled eggs were VERY soft boiled, with the yolks completely uncooked. I know that suits some peoples' taste, but I dare say most people would prefer boiled eggs a little more cooked than these were. I observed a number of people asking them to boil the eggs for longer. I know these are trivial matters but they don't leave a good impression. The breakfast staff were however very friendly and helpful.

We went to Geneva for our 10th wedding anniversairy. So wanted a clean hotel in the center, but didn't want to spend all our budget on the hotel. The Excelsior was fab, just off the bus ride from the airport, and right in the center just a few mins walk from the lake. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was fantastic, better than expected, a full continental with british cooked as well. Stunning. Made for a wonderful hassel free weekend.

The marble and tile through out the hotel is quite unique and pleasant. Paintings did catch the attention of a business traveler.

Room could have used a small rug to warm it up a bit.
