Enjoy the Asian buffet in the Toutou restaurant with its friendly atmosphere. The menu features fine dishes from everywhere between Japan and Vietnam. To make your meal complete, enjoy a fine wine from the hotel’s selection from all around the world.
Restaurant opening hours: 11:00 – 22:00.
Enjoy the rich breakfast buffet from 07:00 until 10:00. (Please notify the reception in advance if you want to have breakfast, otherwise there will be an additional fee charged).
The boat terminal and railway station are 5 minutes' walk away to enjoy trips to picturesque villages along the lake. A 45-minute tour through green valleys brings you to Engelberg with its famous mountain peak ‘Titlis’.
Closer by you find mounts Pilatus and Rigi offering beautiful panoramic views.
For payments with credit cards an additional charge of 2.95% applies. For payments with Maestrocard or EC card/cash card an additional charge of CHF 3 applies.

Good location. Avoid the restaurant, and it's not great but okay. The room was called a "triple" but it was really a double with a folding cot squeezed in between the bed and the closet, with so little room to spare that you couldn't open the closet door or sit at the desk. Kind of funny in a way. But the restaurant was awful. And expensive. Expensive and awful. The only other couple in the place complained about the food as they left (their dishes, like ours, barely touched). We complained too, but they refused any adjustment to the bill. A friend who had stayed there before apologized that he had forgotten to warn us to avoid the restaurant. Avoid the restaurant. |

Hotel Falken is placed well in downtown Luzern, close to lots of shopping and beautiful scenery. Unfortunately, location also made it very noisy with repeated interruptions throughout the night from people passing on the street. Overall...a nice place. |

Location is good. Room is reasonable but small, old furniture, very simple decoration. Smells strongly of Chineese food and very noisy - you hear every noise from your naibors/street. |

Based on the location this hotel is really good. The only problem is the size of the room and bathroom (really small). The staff is friendly also. |

It had a very central location in Luzern, right next to the old city...you could walk anywhere on foot. The room was facing the street...so it was a bit noicy in the evening |

The location. The family room (advertised as fitting 5 people) was too small and too expensive, even for Europe! It was 2 connected twin beds and a double on top (bunk bed style). Then 1 small twin about 1/2 meter from the bottom bunk beds. There was almost no walking space around the beds. Only one small table fan. I will never stay here again!! |

The location was excellent, within walking distance from the train station and very close to the water. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The room was incredibly small! It was difficult to squeeze two people into it. The Internet (promised on the website) was intermittent at best and usually did not work. |

the staff were very accommodating, the rooms are okay but a little dated, some overlook the shops and can be noisy until midnight. You can eat in the restaurant which is next to the hotel, Asian food which was good but not cheap. Not easy to find even with sat nav, no parking at the hotel although they have spaces a couple of streets away |

Proximity to Rail Station Luzern and good location. Our flt was delayed by approx. 2hrs.arrived 2210LT.Despite calling from ZRH at 2230LT to wait for us,hotel staff didn't wait and we had to pass our night in the hotel lobby. |

this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in Swiss during last two years. its rather a hostel than hotel, the facility and the management was clearly reflected by the Lucerne Guide, no star!. I really regret choosing this place. Fortunately I stayed at Royal for first two night. otherwise, I will be terribly regret... First, the owner of Falken is trying to make money with every single opportunity, like credit card surcharge, ridiculous exchange rate, extra breakfast charge, cheating cancellation policy...etc. And its annoyingly hot and noisy in the room. Some other guests are complaining the very same problem when I checked out. |
