location is very good,near station,staff in the restaurant was nice and helpful

the room is too small, the food in the hotel reastaurant is horrible and food price is very expensive

Good location. Avoid the restaurant, and it's not great but okay.

The room was called a "triple" but it was really a double with a folding cot squeezed in between the bed and the closet, with so little room to spare that you couldn't open the closet door or sit at the desk. Kind of funny in a way. But the restaurant was awful. And expensive. Expensive and awful. The only other couple in the place complained about the food as they left (their dishes, like ours, barely touched). We complained too, but they refused any adjustment to the bill. A friend who had stayed there before apologized that he had forgotten to warn us to avoid the restaurant. Avoid the restaurant.

Location is good.

Room is reasonable but small, old furniture, very simple decoration. Smells strongly of Chineese food and very noisy - you hear every noise from your naibors/street.

Based on the location this hotel is really good. The only problem is the size of the room and bathroom (really small). The staff is friendly also.

It had a very central location in Luzern, right next to the old city...you could walk anywhere on foot.

The room was facing the street...so it was a bit noicy in the evening

Short front desk hours, no air conditioning, tiny room even by Euro standards

It is a very simple place, has all one needs.

the staff were very accommodating, the rooms are okay but a little dated, some overlook the shops and can be noisy until midnight. You can eat in the restaurant which is next to the hotel, Asian food which was good but not cheap.

Not easy to find even with sat nav, no parking at the hotel although they have spaces a couple of streets away

Proximity to Rail Station Luzern and good location.

Our flt was delayed by approx. 2hrs.arrived 2210LT.Despite calling from ZRH at 2230LT to wait for us,hotel staff didn't wait and we had to pass our night in the hotel lobby.
