Felmis is a clean modern hotel with thoughful owners and it is interesting that a small hotel can offer free internet access when large chains make charges which can add £10 per day to your stay, Felmis is definitly out to please |

Bus service very handy right outside the hotel. The hotel was very quiet and there was a big car park. Breakfast nice. Good value for money compared to the cost of staying nearer the centre. Clean and comfortable. Be careful if you get up in the night that you have to step into and out of the bathroom, and there is a small step into the seating area of your room. |

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Free parking, internet, breakfast. Bedding was a bit uncomfortable, but that is my personal preference only. |

Good bus service to centre of Lucerne. Good parking. Very hot in the time we were there 30 degrees plus. Room uncomfortably hot. Luckily made bearable by a fan. Rooms very basic. |

Nice view, Nice room (with skylight window), Relatively rich breakfast The wardrobe closet is too small even for a couple; Note: prepare a map of Horw in advance otherwise you might get trouble finding the hotel on check-in day. |

Please write at least 15 words pretty surroundings in a comfortable room. Good breakfast. You could boil your own eggs, which was nice. Convenient nearby bus stop to get into the city easily.beautiful view of Pilatus from our window. We had trouble with the coin operated laundry. It did not work properly. |

Definitely eat at the restaurant. The food was fantastic!! The rooms were great, we had one with a very large balcony. It is a little bit out of the city centre but the view is wonderful and if you have a car it's an easy drive in to the centre. Apparently there is a bus too so the location isn't a problem. |

La facilité d'accès à partir de l'autoroute et le parking aisé. l'accueil à l'arrivée. L'environnement de montagne et de lac est absolumment superbe. Un peu loin du centre de Luzern. |

Standrandlage des Hotels, schöner Panoramablick auf die Berge, kostenfreie hoteleigene Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel Toiletten-/Dusch-Bereich recht eng, Waschbecken im Zimmer, Geräusche vom Flur im Zimmer sehr deutlich hörbar, Frühstücksbuffet könnte etwas umfangreicher ein. |

Stort og pent rom med altan, rent og fint bad, grei parkering, fikk låne bærbar PC (husk at stikkontakter ikke passer for norske runde støpsler). Enkelt å ta bussen til Luzern sentrum. Relativt gunstig pris. Forholdsvis dyrt på resturanten |

La situación. En una zona muy tranquila y de fácil acceso. Parking privado gratuito. Cocina y carta de vinos excelente, aunque caro. El buffet de desayuno con muy poca variedad. |
