Good location. Easy access to bus and walking paths. Very good breakfast. Room small but clean and comfortable. Free parking. As with most everything in Switzerland...it's expensive for what you get. |

Please write at least 15 words pretty surroundings in a comfortable room. Good breakfast. You could boil your own eggs, which was nice. Convenient nearby bus stop to get into the city easily.beautiful view of Pilatus from our window. We had trouble with the coin operated laundry. It did not work properly. |

Definitely eat at the restaurant. The food was fantastic!! The rooms were great, we had one with a very large balcony. It is a little bit out of the city centre but the view is wonderful and if you have a car it's an easy drive in to the centre. Apparently there is a bus too so the location isn't a problem. |

The Hotel was quite and just outside town with views of the mountains. A very warm welcome from the family run Hotel. Parkng and internet facilities available. |

Staff and cleanliness Reastaurant was over priced for the quality of food served - however it could just be down to the fact that Switzerland is an expensive place to stay. |

Clean lady/person took my mobile phone charger away by accident, but reception/service staff responsed very quickly and effectively to find my charger back. and apologised sincerely. Good restaurant and peaceful environment. Hotel's own parking place is very easy to access. The slide-door of toilet is too hard to open/close. The clean lady/person should get more training. |

Second time staying here. Hotel staff are very efficient and friendly. Location is beautiful and quiet with tennis, walking tracks, and other facilities nearby A mosquito net on the window would have made my stay perfect - 3am mosquito squashing is not my favorite activity |

Lovely renovated modern family run Hotel out of town. Room and barthroom spotlessly clean fresh airy, huge bed, and super views of Mountains Food excellent Service A1 Easy Car parking but recommend local bus service to centre of Lucerne on a 3day season ticket 14€ Staff superb Nothing to much trouble |
