The view from the room window / balcony / breakfast place is beautiful: there no any building, which blocks the view, no traffic at range of vision and you may enjoy the even tenor of life and relax your eye and mind.... It rewards most of downside of the hotel and probably for many visitors it will become the main reason to return. The Internet connection (Wi-Fi) was very unstable in our room, so you'd better not to count on it. We needed Internet for searching a hotel for our further trip very much, so we went to ask at the reception if the signal will be better on the ground floor or nearly restaurant. Unfortunately, we got a negative answer and offer to wait until it become available again (as we got that many peoples can not browse the Internet at the same time). And yes, we restored connection to Internet late at the night, thanks at least for this :) Ferienhaus Wasserwendi is more motel as hotel, which would be ok for skiers to rest at the night only. Also you should not mind the noise of the neighbor's room doors (they were located so close to each other and if somebody mess around it, we felt like somebody entering our room which was rather disturbing) Shared bathrooms (with no feel it as germproof) and toilets!

Bon restaurant, belle vue, situé idéalement pour faire du ski ou randonnées. Personnel très chaleureux. Hotel/Chambre simpliste et surtout froide et peu insonorisée.

Joli panorama dans un endroit sympathique, chambres avec vue ! Faible rapport qualité-prix : Douches communes et même pas de savon ou shampoing de disponible ! Repas assez chers également mais de bonne qualité. Chambres bruyantes et mal insonorisées...

Vista fantástica para as montanhas! A localização também era boa relativamente a Luzern e Interlaken. O pão do pequeno-almoço era bom ;) Muito barulho, ouve-se tudo dos outros quartos. Quando abrem as portas parece que estão a abrir a nossa. E a televisão???

Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter/-innen. Gute Beratung bei Fragen und Anliegen. Alles in Allem war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ganz gut. Wir baten um Auslassung der Zimmerpflege des Personals und dennoch ist uns 2mal aufgefallen, dass das Personal bei uns im Zimmer war.

die Aussicht Die folgende negative Beurteilung ist persönlich. Ich bitte Sie,diese nicht auf Booking.com zu veröffentlichen. Ich fühlte mich als Gast total ignoriert- kein Grüezi, keine Orientierung über die Lage des Zimmers und über Frühstückszeiten, kein Auf Wiedersehen, keine Frage nach dem Aufenthalt. Die einzige Frage war, ob ich bezahlt habe, obwohl die Bezahlung bei der Ankunft verlangt wurde. Gebucht habe ich ein 2-Bett-Zimmer, bekommen habe ich ein 4-Bett-Zimmer ohne jegliche Atmosphäre. Der Balkon ist durchgehend über alle Zimmer, d.h.jedermann kann bei den Zimmern vorbeispazieren und hineinschauen. Auch die Bedienung im Restaurant war unfreundlich. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist schlecht.

Berge, Natur, Aussicht, frische Luft, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Der Preis war nicht so aber Schweiss halt. Das Essen war gut aber teuer. Das Frühstück Auswahl war nicht so toll.

Lage mit wunderbarem Panorama, gutes Restaurant. Ausgefallene Architektur aus den 70ern. Alle Nasszellen auf dem Gang für einen zu stolzen Preis. Sanierung der Zimmer dringend empfohlen: Schallisolierung, Wärmeisolierung, Böden ersetzen...
