The car parking was free. The swimming pool was very small and the water so cold I couldnt swimm in it. The hotel paying conversion is very bad, they almost charge 1chr equal to 1 euro. The room was quite small. Breakfast very expensive. Definetly not a 4 stars hotel!! I would not return to this hotel.

Good location with easy access to public transport, very near to the river walking & biking side. Rooms were comfortable, bathroom was clean with good view to the city. Breakfast should be better!

Bummer that the Japanese restaurant was closed on that Sunday. I would have really like to eat there. Also, spa doesn't open early enough. 8:00 A.M. opening is too late for travellers there on business, who have to make early meetings. I think a 6:30 start is more appropriate for a business hotel.

Non Smoking room was clearly a smoking room in the past- all of the bedding, shower curtains etc reeked with old cigarette smell it was very strong. Also, bizarrely the towels smelt too. Although it was snowing outside we had to sleep with the window open. It was a real shame- everything else at the hotel was really good. We advised them but weren't offered a discount.

The design of the rooms is great as well as all the hotel. Location and pools are quite nice as well. Definetly a good choice in a city with over all high hotel pricing and a lot of old fashioned ones which this is the opposit to... :)

Cleanliness. Quality of food. Location - Tram stop outside front door - Easy to city. One Reception staff member tried to overcharge when paying bill. She was very unprofessional. Left bad taste in mouth when leaving.

the bed and comforter were comfortable, the coffee and refrigerator in the room were nice, good view. The air conditioning in the room was broken, so the reception moved me to a smaller room, with no apology given. The staff in the morning check out were unfriendly and unhelpful.

pretty convenient location with easy access to public transport. not too far from down town Some of the hotel staff not very friendly especially one male staff in the restaurant. Other cannot communicate very well in English. The bath tub in our room 607 with very high wall making access in and out of the tub difficult even for us and would be more so for the elderly or small children
