Parking acoperit gratuit. Facilitati: piscina, spa, instalatii de bronzare. 2 restaurante, din care unul tematic (japonez). Bilete de transport local (d/i, 36h). Locatie: la cca 7 minute de Gara Centrala, punctul de plecare a oricarei vizite in Berna Accesul in bazinul care tine loc de cada in baie este foarte dificil... chiar si pentru o persoana de 1,80 m inaltime ! Eliminarea ciupercilor din sistemul de evacuarea a apei de la chiuveta simpla schimbare a sifonului), care dau un miros nesanatos. |

Pool, excellent staff, customer service, cleanliness, location to tram. Free parking. Chose this hotel for Japanese restaurant, but it is closed Sunday- Monday. Entryway & bathroom in room very small and dark. Shower stall nice but very difficult to climb into. "American" buffet was just cold cuts and bread - way way overpriced at 22 franks. |

Wery nice and comfortable hotel with excellent sauna and swiming pool. Good conection to the city center by public transport. I recomanded to all visitor city of Bern to stay in this hotel. Everything was at least good. |

It was in a nice area, not far from city center. The rooms were very nice, very Jetson-like. Rooms were very clean. Staff was nice. It was very expensive, but the cheapest I could find in Bern, and personally I'd rather spend less and stay in a little inn thats more personable than having a big luxurious room. |

The staff was friendly and the modern accommodations were well designed for such a compact space. Air conditioning was great to have even though the temperatures were mild. Great view of the old city and mountains, and easy access to the tram which took you directly into the city center in less than 10 minutes. |
