Room clean and comfortable, though a little dated in decor. No evening meals available because the restaurant was closed for renovation, though we did know this before we booked. Breakfasts are the usual European combination of cereals, bread and meat / cheese; eggs are available, but only if you know to ask for them - which it took us three days to find out! Overall, perfectly adequate and reasonable value. It is located towards the eastern end of Grindelwald, and hence several minutes' hilly walk from the main shopping and eating area. This was sometimes a drag - literally! - after a long day out. |

Quiet location and nice view off of balcony. Their kitchen was closed which meant no restaurant on premises. However, within a short walk there were plenty of choices. |

the bedroom was comfortable with a good view of the mountains but the decor of the bathroom would not have been everyone's choice. the breakfast was good. the location of the hotel is a short distance from the station - no problem to walk without luggage but with bags it was preferable to get a taxi and they seemed in short supply. |

friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, bus stop outside hotel, bath, lots of hot water Switzerland needs to get its act together re making smoking illegal inside bars, restaurants and hotels - it's third world |

Lovely traditional hotel with friendly staff - when the manager tried to book a taxi to the train station at 6.00am & was told they wouldn't come out before 7.00am he said he would get up at 5.30am & take us to the station himself which he did (& made us a coffee too!) - fantastic service! Good continental breakfast & hotel was kept very clean. There is no smoking ban in Switzerland as here so like all the other hotels, bars & restaurants we visited, the public areas could get smokey in an evening but expect this everywhere. Also the church which looks lovely starts ringing its bells on the hours & half hour from about 7.00am so if you're not an early riser take ear plugs! |

The location is excellent. Right at the end of the ski slope for First. The room was rustic in a nice way. Just what I was looking for. The bus stop is at the hotel, breakfast was excellent, and it is a two minute walk to the shopping area. |

Sólo el desayuno estuvo a la altura de lo esperado y la atención de la camarera fue buena La recepción fue impersonal, muy rápida, no se nos explicó nada del funcionamiento del hotel, salvo cómo funcionaban las llaves de la habitación y se nos entregó una pieza oscura, con alfombra manchada, con poca limpieza y un baño deprimente con una tina mal mantenida. Teníamos reserva para 7 noches ya que después de 4 semana de viaje por Europa, pretendíamos descansar en un agradable hotel de montaña, pero nos encontramos con una habitación muy diferente a la mostrada en la página Web, muy deprimente y de bajo nivel.Frente a este escenario buscamos un hotel en el mismo Grindelwald, encontrando uno de precio similar donde nos cambiamos al día siguiente |

Прекрасное месторасположение. Очень красивый вид на горы. Большой номер с балконом. Удален от вокзала и суеты. Вечером ресторан не работает. Несколько изношенная мебель. |

部屋からの眺めが素晴らしい。ロビーに無料のインターネットがある。再び訪れることがあるなら、またこのホ- テルに宿泊したい。駅まで行かなくても近隣においしいレストランやカフェがあり、ホテル内レストランが営業- していなくても全く問題なかった。 バスルームアメニティは備え付けのリキッドソープ、石鹸、ティッシュペーパーのみなので、シャンプー等必要- な物は持参したほうがよい。 |

Hotel de montaña aunque cómodo, habitación con encanto. Desayuno buffet bien a partir de 7:30h. Te lo pierdes si vas pronto al Jungfraujoch para ahorrate unas perras y estar sin masificacion de turistas. Lavavo justo, pero limpio y bien para ser un hotel de montaña. |

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, vistas espectaculares, y lugar tranquilo a pesar de estar en Grindelwald (no está en el centro pero si muy cerca) Por poner alguna queja, que el parking (exterior) es algo pequeño, y que el horario de la recepción es corto. |

ベビーベッドをリクエストしたためか、本館の部屋を予約していたのですが、広い新館の部屋にしてくれました- 。おかげで、広くてきれいでとてもよかったです。なんといっても、テラスからのアイガービューは最高でした- ！アイガービューをリクエストしておくのをお勧めします。朝食は、卵や野菜はありませんが、普通に美味しか- ったです。洗濯も、駅に向かって徒歩3分位でコインランドリーがあって助かりました（フィルスト行きゴンド- ラ駅の近くです）。 夕飯はレストランが営業していなくて残念でした。 |
