This is one of the best airport hotels I have ever stayed in, and is excellent value for money. If you need an overnight stop near Zurich airport with an excellent restaurant and pleasant rooms, then this is an ideal place to stay. No smoking rules should be strictly enforced, with smoking areas clearly indicated.

It is a functional hotel. The ease of getting a bite to eat at one of the two restaurants (pizza on one side which is quick and pasta and other things on the other side which is slower). We just stayed there one night before we left Zurich. It is functional and has good shuttle service. Do not expect any luxuries here. The breakfast was decent.

Very neat and comfortable hotel. Close to the Zurich airport with free shuttle bus easily found. The location is very quiet and warm. Only 5 minutes to train station. Almost nothing to complain. Especially suitable for the early and late flight.

Train station just up the road and only 10 minutes into Zurich. Clean and comfortable rooms. Restaurant and pizzeria downstairs. Air-conditioning in room didn't work well so room was quite hot overnight.

The hotel was clean. Very close to Kloten station. Complementory pickup and drop to the airport. The room we opted for 4 persons had an extremly low cieling at one end of the room making it uncomfortable. The room was suffocating as there is no AC just a blower. The staff at the reception do not have much idea about guiding guests around the touristic places in Zurich. They are not very well versed with the various routes. Breakfast too expensive for the offered spread. We reached half an hour before it would close and almost everything was over and they did not refill anything.

Very convenient. We were picked up at the airport in a timely manner and returned there the next day. We liked it better than some of the higher rated hotels we stayed in while in Switzerland. Food was also very good in the restaurant. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff. Near to the airport and to the train station. Though a 3 star hotel, it is in a perfect condition with a lot of facilities. Good price. Free car parking place. I certainly recommend it for a short stay.

The location so close to Zurich Airport via free shuttle bus is a bonus. It is situated in the centre of the small town of Kloten, walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets (load up on Swiss chocolates!). The pizzeria next door with its outdoor patio was excellent.Though we did not try to hotel's restaurants, they looked inviting. The free Internet and air conditioning were also a plus. No tea or coffee facilities in the room; this I find useful when jet-lagged and wanting some at odd hours! Also, although there was a Minibar in the room, we prefer an empty fridge. The toilet flushing system is a modern "button-flush" one which requires some strengh to operate. My arthritic hands made this operation very painful. Luckily my husband travelled with me and managed it for me!

The hotel was at a good location and facilities were fine. My only problems was the hooker checking into a dayroom in front of me and my teenage daughters. I will definitly not stay at this hotel again .....
