New safes (way overdue for a business hotel). For the high price of the room, the internet should be free. Instead, it was 20sf for 4 hours, a hefty sum considering it's free at McDonald's if you buy a snack. |

Needed to be close to the airport and your hotel was close and had a shuttle service. No shampoo or conditioner in my room. It is harder and harder to travel with liquids and you expect to have these items in your room |

Great restaurants, good for those that have an early flight the next morning, free shuttle is a definite plus. 1 pillow each, I am a 2 pillow kinda guy, bedding was very basic. |

The location was close to the airport. When I arrived at Zurich airport and tried to find the shuttle, I had difficulty locating it and ended up missing it. It would be helpful if the website provided clear directions. I didn't think the air conditioning was very effective. |

We like the quite littel town where the otel is lockate. The water was running out of the shower basen and the floor was all wet. |

The room was immaculate and the location was fabulous for travelers departing from the airport. Not only was it close, it was in a remarkably quiet location and close to some great restaurants. |

The room was quiet, and in a pleasant residential area. Access to the airport was good, by shuttle. The room was clean and appeared to have been recently remodeled. The desk person was very pleasant. There was a small but nice balcony with view out over the town. The night was cold, and the cover on the bed was skimpy. My wife and I kept pulling the cover off each other. |
