Mary Mature couple Jackson, Michigan, United States of America August 8, 2011	The staff was very courteous and helpful. The free breakfast was well done with a variety of foods offered. There were computers on each floor that could be used for free. If you wanted to use your own computer, you had to purchase time but the cost was fairly low. Still, it would be nice if free wifi was available in the room. The rooms were neat and clean and the staff did a wonderful job in straightening up and placing clean towels each day. I did miss not having complementary soap and shampoo but that was a small inconvenience. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to travelers. Did you find this review helpful?	7.1

Fast das ganze Hotel war somit mit "Gleichgesinnten" belegt. Das Check-in war sehr freundlich, und wir möchten uns auch nomals herzlich bedanken, dass wir eine Stunde früher als normal ein reichhaltiges Frühstück bekamen! Mercedes Solo traveler Caracas, Venezuela March 21, 2011	La atencion del personal en especial al necesitar resolver alguna eventualidad como me ocurrio por ejemplo cuando se retraso el bus que me llevaria al terminal para viajar, el servicio de desayuno...variado y de muy buena calidad, la posibilidad de disponer del servicio de Internet gratis, con posibilidad de imprimir segun la necesidad, El horario limitado para el registro..debido a que mi vuelo de llegada se retraso, llegue a las 23.00 y al no tener conmigo el pin de acceso casi que me quedo fuera ..fue un error de mi parte no tener a mano el numero de pin para entrar sin embargo el hotel deberia contemplar otras posibilidades...
