The staff was very courteous and helpful. The free breakfast was well done with a variety of foods offered. There were computers on each floor that could be used for free. If you wanted to use your own computer, you had to purchase time but the cost was fairly low. Still, it would be nice if free wifi was available in the room. The rooms were neat and clean and the staff did a wonderful job in straightening up and placing clean towels each day. I did miss not having complementary soap and shampoo but that was a small inconvenience. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to travelers.

Wir haben im Forum Hotel übernachtet, weil unser Sohn am Sonntag früh einen Kunstturn-Wettkampf hatte. Fast das ganze Hotel war somit mit "Gleichgesinnten" belegt. Das Check-in war sehr freundlich, und wir möchten uns auch nomals herzlich bedanken, dass wir eine Stunde früher als normal ein reichhaltiges Frühstück bekamen! Wir würden auf jedenfall wieder kommen.

Wir hatten ein ruhiges, großes Zimmer. Bei der Ankunft funktionierte das Fernsehgerät nicht richtig; die freundliche Dame an der Rezeption hat sich sofort darum gekümmert und der Fernseher wurde ausgetauscht.

Die Mitarbeiter sind zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Betten sind viel zu schmal und durch gelegen. Der Teppich ist fleckig und macht keinen sauberen Eindruck.

Freundliches Personal Toilette hatte keine Türe. Beim "Sitzen" hatte man offenen Blick auf sein Bett (und umgekehrt). Fernseher etwas klein geraten.
