Mukavan iso huone ja sijainti kauppakeskuksen läjellä oli mukava. Liian kallista: aamiainen heikkotasoinen, hinta 30 frangia, taksintilaus 10 frangia |

Hyvä palvelu, huone iso, siisti ja tyylikäs. Hotelli oli ison ostoskeskuksen yhteydessä eli palveluja löytyi runsaasti heti vierestä, mm elokuvateatteri. Hotellin yläkerrassa oli kylpylä/kuntosali, josta hotellin asukkaat saivat alennusta. Ratikkapysäkki oli aivan hotellin vieressä, samoin junapysäkki oli lähellä. Aamiainen ei kuulunut hintaan vaan siitä piti maksaa 30 sveitsin frangia. |

Friendly and efficient personnel providing adequate information. Spacious well equiped rooms. Good quality breakfast. Convenient nearby public transportation to visit Zürich. Access by car difficult and poorly indicated. Cost for breakfast and for parking in particular rather high. |

awesome hotel. well run. great rooms and not too bad a value for the room. parking is ridiculously overpriced. breakfast is a bit overpriced, however I didn't try it so can't claim not a good value as I didn't see what was available. parking fee |

The location - many shops near and also public transport .Shower wet room fantastic The Pay TV was expensive and mainly consisted of old movies (2005 for example) most of which I had already seen. They also didn't decribe in enough detail what the movie was about, so I ended up buying one only to then notice I had already seen it! |

The free wi-fi and the location is great. It's in a new development, Silhcity. It was an old paper factory converted into a hotel The rooms are spacious. Tram and train at your doorstep. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the bonus, the airport shuttle service this hotel. Can't think of any. Maybe the breakfast could be cheaper? But then again, everything in Switzerland is a real rip-off!! You need a Swiss Bank account to live there! |

The staff (in particular Thomas) was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the services were top notch. Food quality in the restaurant was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! |

Warm welcome after a day of hard work and the very comfortable bed. Late breakfast, we often have meetings at 7.00 am therefore we have no option to have breakfast in the hotel |

Excellent breakfast, professional and friendly hotel staff. The hotel is new, everything is nice, clean and working. Fast cable internet in rooms is for free which is very rare in 4-star and higher hotels! Easy transportation by train which stops only a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The price even for a single room is quite high. |
