rooms are large and comfortable

the restaurant is prohibitively expensive for a family. The hotel itself was expensive and being asked to pay extra to visit the spa was outrageous. That said, the one day that we would have paid, we were not allowed in because it was only for members use.

free internet access, the location of the hotel, parking availability, friendliness of staff and great service

The bathroom! everything (toilet, shower, basin) is in seperate rooms!

Although the hotel is a distance out of Zurich the trams 5 & 13 stopped right outside and took only minutes to get into the centre. 24 hr tickets could be purchased in the hotel

almost everything: the telephone in my room was broken, i had to walk down to tell the staff, they could do nothing. the air condition is located on the bad going straight to my head during the night. no bath in the room, just shower (!), when i leave the room my computer and my cellular-charger turns off because there is no power in the room (!!). this is one of 2 worst hotels i had ever.

Very large comfortable bed.Excellent choice of breakfast foods which was better than many. The variety of breads was`particularly good. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Very slow bar food service on one night. Advertised cheap rate bus pass not available at reception. Below hotel car park very expensive at 24 Swiss francs.
