Very nice, comfortable and modern hotel. About 10 min. by tram from the city center. Breakfast buffet should be included. Too expensive.

Too expensive for the services brought. The bed is too soft and the pillows menu is really poor, which makes the time in bed be worse.

Tram stop next to the hotel, the hotel provides u with a day ticket, not free though. There is a mall And shops next to the hotel. Big supermarket, four restaurants and few cafes and cinema, all few steps around. Double glazed windows so u won't have problem having a quite night. The breakfast was good and has wide selection.AIRCON And iron in the room.

The big shopping center is just next to the hotel so there are lots of option for food and shopping etc if the weather is bad. good size room, very comfortable as the room is very quiet. The staff are just wonderful. Tram station is just in front of the hotel, there is also a metro station next to it. Journey to the town is only 15 mins by tram.I will stay at the same hotel when visit Zurich again.

Very clean. The reception staff were poorly trained and didn't seem to have any idea what they were doing. Checking out took nearly 20 minutes. The extra cost for the gym and sauna should be included and the breakfast (CHF30) and room service charge (CHF10, in addition to the expensive menu items) were over-the-top and left a bad taste in my mouth. There was no wi-fi in the room - yes, there was a cable connection, but even much cheaper hotels nearly all provide wi-fi these days. Additionally, the pillows were incredibly uncomfortable and impossible to sleep on - I had to call and ask them to be replaced. Overall, for the price, not a pleasant experience.

The decor of the room and ambience was fantastic Free shuttle service from Zurich HB trainstation for those arriving by rail would be appreciated. I have to take a taxi to the hotel location. If there is also a coach service to the airport by paying a fee, this will also provide convenience to guest staying in your hotel

Location is greet, staff in the restaurant are friendly break fast was very good The lady in the reception I do not like here she didn’t have good communication with us she was mean ,one day the same lady come to my room with a gay to check the fire alarm the gay look at the fire alarm and side to here every thing is good I think she think that I am smoking in the room and than she side thank you and lift.

Location, cleanliness and design of the room. 1.) Quite noisy when room is located towards the shopping street. With hotel bar located right below, lots of chatter and laughter still came through windows. 2.) Late check-out has been already confirmed during check-in, however colleague at check-out could not find any note about it. But no further issues after clarification.

Like the convenance of the hotel as there is a tram stop directly in front of the hotel that takes you to and from downtown. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

Location, clean, Shopping. No wi/fi in the room, expensive, parking not free and they didn't inform us when check in, address was hard to find by the GPS, breakfast not included in the room rate, no porter to help us with the luggage.

Hotel room was fantastic I couldn't believe you couldn't get wi-fi internet in the room. You could get plug in but had to go to the foyer for wi-fi and it was really bad and kept dropping out. There wasn't anywhere to sit in the foyer and had to go to the bar or restaurant but then you had to either eat or drink. Couldn't use the bar due to load music in the evening. Many small laptops these days don't have internet port. For the cost of the hotel and the hotel is targeting business people this is extremely poor. I can get wireless internet access for free in small villages in Switzerland at hotels that cost 50chf but not in a big hotel in Zurich. Doesn't make sense

Staff very friendly and accomodating. Tram right outside hotel so easy to get anywhere in city. Rooms very clean and modern. Beds very comfortable. View was of a concrete wall. Restaurants expensive but so is all of Zurich. Wish there was wi-fi in rooms, was only in lobby.
