I liked the location in the old town with all centre city amenities in walking distance. The room was too hot. |

Hotel was comfortable and nice. Location was extremely convenient. The room was uncomfortably hot and the staff seemed to not be able to do anything about it. Very expensive. |

I liked the proximity to town and all the amenities. The breakfast buffet was adequate. My room was next to the elevator, so it was noisy. |

I liked most the central location of the hotel which is very convinient for sightseing and for public transportation Too small room; design of the room was far duffrent that the ones presented on the pictures on the booking.com |

I liked the modern look of the hotel nicely situated in the old town of Zuirch. Also there was a Xmas market just outside the hotel during our stay. Tram rides also within 2 mins walk from the hotel. Its a good time we stayed there during winter and had to close the window to keep the cold out. Cos there is a nightspot just opposite the hotel and from the 3rd floor of the room, we could hear noises from the merry goers even late in the night had we not closed the window. Have to reconsider this place if you are going there in summer. |

The location, the staff, the rooms. Very nice renovated hotel just in the heart of Zurich. No garage, no parking place... but I know, downtown it's always difficult |

The location was central, near the lake, the main train station and the shopping district The superior rooms did not provide anything extra except for a little bit extra space. The bathroom amenities could have been packaged/ presented in a better way |

Nothing, expect the sound of its front door closing as we left it. The hotel, we found, has two problems. The first is that there was a techno party going on in the square outside the window until 3 A..M. - I feel that the hotel ought to warn you when you book that it is in a noisy location. |

Location, staff were friendly, room nice. A bit pricey but everything in Zurich is. The shower and water pressure. A case of letting a designer's aspirations getting in the way of practicality. Shower head so heavy it wouldn't stay up. |

If you were to pintpoint the very heartbeat of Zurich, then this hotel would be it! Its location is amazing, and if you are lucky enough to get the only room with a balcony (Muskat, room 22) then your experience will be one beyond any expectations, since the whole excitement of the city will unveil before your eyes. The girls at the reception are very friendly and helpful. It can get a bit noisy during the night, since Zurich has one of the most active nightlifes in Europe. |

A very good and central location. Really in the middle of the central town. Restaurants close to the hotel. There should be an A/C in the room. |

The location of the hotel is excellent, you can walk to everything. The hotel is very quaint and the rooms, though tiny, are nicely decorated. The price which was high by Canadian standards. |

Close to the city and main train station. Room was recently renovated, comfortable and clean. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Good breakfast No air-con, but staff did provide a fan. Room overlooks restaurant area so can be noisy at night |

Central position and modern rooms and helpful staff. Whilst the room was new and clean the temperature in the room was hot and could not be adjusted to a comfortable level. We had to sleep with the windows open to allow some cooling. Fans were provided for the second night. |
