Friendly welcome. Well cared for hotel.

The Hotel was in the centre of the old town of Chur a short walk from the railway station. A smart clean hotel with friendly helpful staff, plus a good buffet breakfast. An ideal location within the small town to explore the surrounding countryside and mountains plus the Rhaetische Bahn Railway. All in all an excellent experience..

Nothing in particular, we were very pleased with the Hotel,

Location, cleanliness, spacious room.

The behaviour of the owner. They did not allow us to take away anything out of the brakfast room. we did not have time to eat our breakfast as we had to catch the Burnina Express. They charged us for wastage of food.

The rooms were clean, comfortable and well furnished. The breakfast menu was excellent. Location for the old town, shops and station was ideal.

The bar and hotel lobby contained excessive tobacco smoke preventing us from using the bar facility.

We've stayed here twice before and always return because of the central location and excellent, unhurried breakfast including unlimited hot food and coffee.

Smoky bar - we never use it (although we would like to) because of the smell of stale cigaretttes.

The hotel is very handy to the train station. It is an easy walk. It also is very handy to a gondola ride up the moutain. The breakfast was great, and the staff was most accommodating. They let us leave our luggage there for several hours after we checked out.

We were satisified with everything.

Genuinely warm , pleasant & home like environment. Simple but aesthetically done decor. Excellent breakfast and the owners treat their guests very well.

We stayed at the hotel as a mid way stop before going up the mountain and was sufficiently impressed by the central location and the easily accessed historical surrounding. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable for visitors looking for a good rest during the course of a hectic schedule. Public parking facility is exactly at the front door of the hotel, although metered on an hourly basis during the day time.

Excellent customer service. We did not know breakfast was included so did not go down for breakfast. The lady from the breakfast room called us to go down. Cleaning maid opened elevator door for us. They went all the way. Love the service and people working there.

I think the elevator was a little bit too small. Furniture are not worn but outdated.

A nice hotel in the centre of this historic old town.

We arrived on a Sunday and struggled to find a restaurant open to have dinner. The bar in the hotel and most places closed very early. The hotel locked its doors at 10pm. It was quite expensive especially due to the weak pound.
