Staff was very nice and helpful. Also, this hotel is located right in the heart of Thun. For the price I expected to see little bit more amenities like individual soap bars, shampoo and body gel. |

the location, staff very friendly, room totally gorgeous a bit noisy at night, a party was on at we were woken up at 12.45 with the noise. also heating came on in the night and was noisy and creaking which also woke us up |

Staff was very nice, especially the miss at the desk named Bernolita. Perhaps I mispelled the name. Anyway, she was a dear. Room was smaller than I expected, not that I came to Thun to stay in a hotel. |

Possibiliy to eat breakfast outside along the riverfront. Location of hotel is great. we had a room with a "Grandlit". Room a bit too small for two people. |

reserved a superior double room, got the suite 218 with approx. 60 sqm! 4 stars is maybe overrated: few personal, no mini-bar in bedroom... |

Location on river. The continuous river noise, complained about by some other reviewers, was definitely noticeable in my room, but to me it was "white noise" very similar to an air conditioner, and I didn't mind it. In fact, it probably helped to drown out other, more irregular noises that I would have been bothered by. |

Professionnalisme ,amabilite et serviabilite du personnel. Le restaurant avait une gastronomie de tres bonne qualite. Hotel tres bien situe pour l'acces aux transports en commun - trains, bateaux, bus - et les visites en ville. |

Die zentrale Lage, Das Zimmer (Einzelizimmer) war sehr klein, spartanisch eingerichtet, dunkel und schmutzig. Das Badezimmer so winzig als überhaupt möglich. Die Mitarbeiter nicht kompetent bzw. wenig engagiert. Auch das Frühstücksbufftet entsprach keinem 4* Standart. |

Magnifique emplacement dans la ville de Thoune. La porte de la salle de bain n'en est pas vraiment une et cela peut être gênant lorsqu'on utilise les toilettes. |
