We enjoyed having the convenience of the downstairs open air patio/lounge area.Watched the final game of the Euro 2008 soccer match with some of the locals..great fun. We were there on a fairly warm evening...it would have been more comfortable if there had been a fan to circulate the air. |

It was clean, the manager spoke English, only 2 minutes walk from Cheseaux train station and great coffee served. |

The attached bar and staff were very nice and helpful A clock and phone in the room would have been nice. At least a phone on the premises we could use would have been helpful. |

Nothing - sorry! Check in: arrived after check in time (~13.30) & told to come back at 17:00 ....after bar lady rang the manager / owner we were eventually shown to our room and told to check in at 17:00. Then told there was only pasta / pizza to eat. Then told there would be no breakfast ... eventually agreed to provide breakfast. Breakfast "poor". Room jaded e.g. plaster falling from ceiling. |

The staff! They were extremely friendly, helpful, hospitable and kind. They received full marks! I feel that the rooms could do with refurbishing. The rooms are clean although old and it is noticable. |

Malheureusement, je n'ai jamais pu bénéficier de ma réservation. En effet, à mon arrivée aux alentours de 21h00, l'hôtel était fermé. J'ai frappé, sonné, téléphoné mais sans succès!!! Soit disant qu'il y avait un concierge sur place mais personne ne m'a ouvert. Totu cela n'est pas très sérieux et j'attends toujours un geste de leur part concernant le remboursement des chambres. |
