This hotel was very quaint, great old building, beautiful indoor courtyard for breakfast, coffee or spending time reading. The host is delighful, and very friendly, but his english was limited, so if you need to communicate, and only speak english as myself, it could be challenging, he tried his best! but i managed fine! My room was clean, and perfect size for one, except it was noisy ! I could hear water draining down the pipes in the walls every time a neighbor used their water, and people walking by, all day and night on the busy street below my bedroom window. There was no fan in the room, and being a hot day, i had to sleep with the windows open. So bring earplugs! Or ask for a courtyard facing room if you want a more restful sleep. I was there during moom and stats concert seadon, so that might of been why there was extra noise! Breakfast was great, lots of choices, great selection. Lovely hotel, just be prepared with asking for a quiet room, and bring cash on checkout!

They only take cash!! let me use my credit card but did not let me know that i had to pay cadh on checkout.. No credit cards!! I found no where on the hotels site stating this, only in small print later on site. It should of been mentioned on booking and checkin so you are prepared! I had to rush to go to a ATM, and almost missed my train!

The owner is super nice, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The facilities are very clean and nicely decorated (not too much, not too little). The location is perfect in the heart of the Citta Vecchia, 2 minutes from Piazza Grande. Breakfast was delicious, and it included a nice variety of things to choose from and the owner was there to refill everything from time to time. Tea and Coffee is available anytime which is really nice too. All in all we can highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back again soon!

The room we stayed in (No 7) didn't have a window and so we could hear pretty much everything that was happening just outside of your room. It was the last room available and therefore also at a special price, so we can't complain really.

Oasis of calm in a perfect location in the old town and close to everything. Mauri was great and super welcoming. Breakfast and use of tea room was appreciated. Theme room quite adequate and full of character. This was a perfect stay after a long hike trip.

Owners of hotel are very welcoming and charming. Our room was large with a small balcony overlooking the square. There is no bath but a very good shower. Nice touches like providing glasses when they saw we had wine. Thoroughly recommend .

Quaint little B&B tastefully furnished with a lovely courtyard. Breakfast is self-service, simple yet delicious, makes for a good start to the day. Genuine hospitality from the hosts, despite the language barrier, we found them to be very warm & welcoming. Complimentary hot drinks are available in the guest lounge where there is a mini library of books, magazines & helpful informational brochures for tourists.

Slightly far from the train station so bit of a struggle to drag luggage all the way there & up a steep slope...
