This hotel had a living room to relax in with an honor system for beer and wine. The beer was on tap and really a nice touch. The breakfast was really nice. Parking is about a block away.

Best location with the friendliest staff on Earth!

Location! Well thought through selection of amenities, services. Not super luxury, but all you need. Efficient, well trained staff.

Week and slow Internet connection. Rather expensive for the rooms of this kind, but it probably is the case with Ascona in general, rather than with this particular hotel.

The hotel is a 4-star but should deserve only 3 stars for 2 reasons: service and noise. Service: - There was no room service (no food or drink could be ordered to the room) - Although we were a couple, we received a room with 2 single beds brought together. It was impossible to change for a double bed. - There were no robes and slippers for the swimming pool in the rooms, we had to ask for them at the reception. A 4-star hotel shouldn't be self-service. Noise: We could hear the noise of opening/closing doors of the elevator all night.

Nice small hotel, perfectly located on the Promenade. Service, comfort – all ok. Not very cheap, but once in Switzerland you are expected to spend more than in neighboring Italy. They have own small indoor pool (could have been a bit warmer), and sauna/stem bath. And, they let you use their professional coffee machine at the bar for free, the whole day.

I was expected to see bath not shower cabin, in the hotel of this price range (moreover there is enough space in the bathroom)

Top Lage, angenehmes Ambiente, perfektes Wetter ;-)

Preis am oberen Limit (auch für Ascona), da müsste das Parking dann schon inbegriffen sein.

la situation géographique , la grande suite, le confort,le personnel attentif et souriant

Die Aussicht von dem Balkon auf den See und die Berge ist wunderschön. Die Weihnachtsbeleuchtung an der Uferpromenade ist jedes Jahr eine Augenweide.

Accueil et disponibilité du personnel super. Très très bel hôtel, très bien situé. On se sent comme chez soi et l espace spa est très agréable.

La télé vraiment petite!
