- The Lago Maggiore Express; An exciting trip by train and boat through the impressive Valley "Centovalli" from Locarno to Domodossola and then to Stresa, where you will change to the boat, visiting the island "Isola Bella" and returning to Locarno.
- Discover the Valley "Valle Maggia" or "Valle Verzasca" with its clear water, traditional villages, food and impressive rocks.
- Climbing, canoeing, skydiving, bungee jumping and so on. The whole area is also suited for biking or hiking.
There is only a limited number of parking spaces right at the hotel, but you can easily find a place to park in the surroundings (e. g. at a guarded multi-storey car park (24-h ticket) or in public parking spaces which are free from 18:00 to 08:00)

Nice small hotel, good position overlooking the lake, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable with super views from the balcony. Lots of restaurants nearby and boat pier just across the road. Breakfast in the hotel was excellent. We used this as a overnight stop but wished we could have stayed several days. A little traffic noise but it didn't disturb our sleep in a room overlooking the road. |

Friendliness of the staff, comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, location directly on Lago Maggiore, and the intimate atmosphere of the Millennium. The staff offered many recommendations of things to do and places to see. Excellent breakfast. |

The location on Lago Maggiore shore line was excellent. The hotel was small (good point) but the standard of rooms still very good. The view from the balcony was overwhelming. The breakfast was of good standard. The interior was original and pleasant and the staff friendly. |

The location of the hotel was great with nice view. Rooms were small but decorated nicely and quiet. Hotel is very small and there are only few persons working so we had to wait at the reception while staff was showing rooms to other guests. We were also asked to close doors more softly and I believe it was only because we were travelling with teenagers. We were able to hear other doors banging but it didn't bother us. Remember also to book the parking from the hotel in advance! |

Die Hotelmitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Frühstücksraum war zwar klein, das Frühstücksbuffet dafür mit grosser Auswahl. Sehr zentrale Lage des Hotels (zum Teil etwas lärmig wegen der Hauptstrasse; bei geschlossenem Fenster jedoch praktisch nichts mehr zu hören). |
