Hotel centrale, pulito, carinissimo. Locarno avvolta dalle luci natalizie è incantevole. Non vedo l'ora di ritornarci in estate.

Letto alla francese, piccolo per I miei gusti. Colazione troppo "tedesca" pochi dolci.

La manifestazione jazzistica e' stata una simpatica sorpresa! Nel complesso l'albergo e' molto carino. La colazione e' molto generosa.

Rooms are clean and cosy. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room as well as a hairdryer in the bathroom. Service is very friendly and good. Location is perfect, parking space also nearby. All in all a very nice hotel, with very kind personnel, with a delicious breakfast. We had a perfect stay in a perfect hotel!

The hotel was small, cosy, interesting, quirky, friendly...... and we had a magnificent view from our 'Billie Holiday' room!

A small, friendly, spotlessly clean hotel where you receive a warm,very personal welcome and they go out of their way to help you. Highly recommendable and the rooms are very nice.

We liked the great location facing Lago Maggiore. It's just a three-minute walk to the train station and to the Piazza Grande. The hotel is small but friendly and welcoming. We liked the jazz theme (we stayed in the Billie Holiday room).

Air conditioning was ineffective. I like a cool room at night. Even though is was about 18 outside with the air conditioning on full it probably never got below 20 in the room. It was noisy outside so leaving the window open was a problem. Someone gets into their noisy car at 5 am to go to work, another with a motorcycle at 4;30 am. Internet too weak to use it in the room. Only place where it worked was in the lobby. If you don't care about internet or air conditioning it is a good place to stay.

I booked this hotel after reading a number of excellent reviews and we were not disappointed. From the moment we approached reception until we left two days later we were treated with courtesy and respect. It was nice to be taken to our room instead of being issued with a key and told which floor it was on. We booked a large double room which had a small balcony and side view of the lake. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for us with its proximity to the railway station and the lake. The weather was very hot during our stay and we were so pleased to have air conditioning at night. This hotel is small and friendly and, by Swiss standards, very good value for money. Locarno is a beautiful resort and we will definitely stay at the Millennium again.

Location right on the lake is great. Clean, friendly service.

Very comfortable for a 3 star hotel. No need to pay extra for the balcony room, almost too tiny and you are across from the lake anyway.

We liked the fact that the hotel was directly infront of the waterfront And beside the city centre. The hotel room was very charming. The bathroom was big and spacious.

From our balcony we had an incredible view of the lake and all the activity in the street below. The hotel is ideally situated close to the Town center. Our room was clean and had all the amenities required for a successful stay. Locarno is one of the most beautiful cities in Switzerland, although it's more Italian than Swiss.

The breakfast was quite nice and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and the bathroom was modern. The location is fantastic.

Just about everything - it could hardly have been better. Perfect location, very comfortable room with beautiful views, friendly and helpful staff, convenient parking. No wonder it is rated #1 in Locarno.

Die zentrale Lage direkt am See. Das freundliche Personal. Hotel und Einrichtung sehr gepflegt. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Das Hotel hat eine supergünstige Lage zu Stadt, Parkanlagen und Schiffsanlegestelle. Es ist originell in seiner Ausstattung und hat einen besonders netten Service. Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal hier und würden auch jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Das Bett ist für uns zu hart. Es drückt an Schulter und Rücken. Ich habe dadurch schlecht geschlafen. Ins Alter wird man halt brüchig!

Der spezielle Scharm, gegebenen durch die überschaubare Grösse des Hotels, die liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmern und das freundliche Personal.

Die individuell schön eingerichteten Zimmer, das Ambiente, das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Die tolle Lage. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben ein wunderschönes Wochenende in Locarno verbringen können.
