Hotel had been fully refurbished and was well equipped, excellent decor and very clean. Breakfast was good, which could be taken outside on the verandah. Parking is good - either right outside the hotel or in excellent secure garage about 100m up the road. Parking must be reserved as they only have 5 spaces in the garage and at the hotel. Location was excellent - 5 mins to lake and centre. No - it was all good. |

As we are travelling Europe via train, we enjoyed the ease of access from the main train station in Locarno...just a short walk up a very manageable incline. The hotel was quiet, clean, comfortable and the breakfast was good...what more do you need? The room could have been a bit larger, but given the space considerations, the designers did very well. A quibble...the quilt was a bit warm...a personal preference and no complaint. |

Very new hotel (opened only a few months ago). We had the junior suite on the top floor with an excellent view on the lake and surrounding mountains for the price of a normal room. Large bathroom. Pity that the hotel does not offer any kind of fresh fruit for breakfast. |

The hotel is newly renovated and clean. The location is perfect, short distance from the train station. The cozy balcony with its view on the Lago Maggiore! There was once in a while a noise, which was mostly disturbing during the night (air-co or so). |
