The hotel staffs were very nice and helpful. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, but very close to the train station. The room was modern and very comfortable. |

Easy access from railway station; very spacious room; excellent choices at breakfast (everything was immediately replenished); reception staff very helpful; good choice of restaurants within walking distance;easy access to shops, lake etc. Only slight negative was lack of instructions on how to find it!!! Local people did not recognise name (apparently changed), so wandered around looking for it.Fortunately met someone who was staying there, who had had same problem finding it. It was so easy once we knew. Cleaner could have been a bit more thorough, at times. |

short distance to the lake and also to city. nice and helpfull staff. big and very clean room. we had view over the lake = liked a lot! The noise from the traffic outside. Why didn`t you have eggs at the breakfast? |

The room is new, clean, large enough and with good lake-view. The design is user-friendly. The A/C works well. I've spent a long time to find the Hotel with a heavy luggage, very tired! The location is good when you know where it is. |

We only stayed for one night but found staff very friendly, breakfast good, room well equipped and very clean. Location central to town with parking. Very good sized room with balcony, not a great view but excellent value. Everything about hotel was very good except that it didn't have a restuarant. The restuarants in town all seemed to be fast food and very expensive. Tthe town generally was disappointing, a bit uk tacky seaside resort sort of thing, not what we expected in a Swiss lakeside town! |

Lovely, small, elegant and modern hotel with light colours and nice style. The situation of the hotel was central but not too noisy. The breakfast was quite simple, but ok. |

The room with balcony for me was worth the extra price, overlooking the city and large enough to be on it and relax. Almost all of the staff was great, but there were a couple that should find a new job or be a bit more helpful like their colleagues. |

Good location, 5min [uphill] from station. Quite new, modern stylish interior and very well appointed. Attractive lobby bar and good breakfast buffet. Very friendly and helpful staff. |

Staff were friendly. Check in was quick and efficient. I particularly liked the clean and modern bathroom and the spacious room. The bed was very comfortable. I did not like the room lighting as I could not use the lights individually, but had to have on small reading lights only, all lights apart from reading lights, or all lights including reading lights. |
