The kindness of the staff. The room was very hot without any A/C.The bed linen was appropriate for a cold winter night when the temperature was 30° outside.The Furniture is basic and the mattress is of low quality. No Toilet amenities only a basic piece of soap.Too expensive for what it is. Deserves a 2 star rating. |

easy parking, complete breakfast, and quite big room. the rearside, with swiming-pool looks nice. no time to enjoy it. Expensive compared with presentation, furniture. do not worth its 3 stars. may be 2. |

Big bright room with terrace facing south. Quiet area. Good buffet breakfast. Easy access to public transport and walking distance to main attractions. German used by staff as first language even if native Italian speaker is a customer. |

Good selection of food at breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, good-sized clean room. Nice pool outside and great views from room. It is a bit of a walk to Ascona and Locarno, especially the train station, and public transport isn't that frequent. Pool times weren't available. |

Got a very comfortable room for our stay with two young children (10 months & 3 years) and dog ... great balcony overlooking the pool. Staff was very warm and helpful about any/everything. Also got a great (and very close) restaurant recommendation which my son just loved (playground on premises!). Was a bit farther from downtown Ascona / Locarno than I thought advertised, but perhaps didn't read the website info as closely as I should have. It's maybe a 15 min drive to these towns, but a 45 minute walk. Also thought the pool was heated, and it was not (again, may have misread site) ... luckily though the weather was very warm, so still nice for a dip. |

Das Hotel ist gut mit dem Auto erreichbar, die Altstadt von Locarno ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar, Aussicht im 5 Stock recht schön Die Zimmer sind zwar relativ gross, die Einrichtung erzeugt aber kein gemütliches Ambiente. |

Freundlicher Empfang, freundliche Mitarbeiter, schönes Zimmer, sauberes und zweckmässig eingerichtetes Badezimmer (Dusche). Gutes Frühstück. Die Matratzen enstprechen nicht dem heutigen Standard. (zu weich, verursachten Rückenschmerzen) |

Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht, könnten uns einen längeren Aufenthalt auch gut vorstellen. W-LAN geht nur bis zum 2. Stock. Da wir geschäftlich unterwegs waren konnten wir unser Laptop im Zimmer leider nicht nutzen. |

Das Hotel ist nahe in Asona und Locarno. Die Zimmer sind im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Die Zimmer zur Seite oder Strasse sind etwas laut. Die Fenster isolieren aber sehr gut. |
