My room was clean and comfortable. The owner of the hotel was very friendly, pleasant and helpful. The continental breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Easy walking distance to and from the train station.

It's a nice little hotel, and the room was clean and fairly large. The only drawback was that it was bright orange. The location was within a nice walk to the center where there are several restaurants. The staff leave at 18:00, but they were nice enough to leave our key and some information taped to the door. The morning clerk who was serving breakfast wouldn't allow us to have our dog in the breakfast room, so we had to sit outside - thankfully, it was good weather. It was frustrating, though, and not well communicated.

Lovely atmosphere in a family style hotel. Close to the thermal spa center(5 star hotel). Because Bad Ragaz is a small town, this hotel is close to everything(restaurant, train station, town center etc.). Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and with a balcony. Good breakfast buffet. Free wi-fi. It would be nicer if their staff speaks better English.

Camere ampie,ottimo il balcone,buono il bagno e soprattutto la posizione interna distante dal traffico in posizione silenziosa e confortevole. Presenza di cani in camera limitrofa e disturbo per l'abbaiare degli stessi seppur per una sola notte e limitato alle prime ore
