It had a good promotion rate, staffs were very friendly. This hotel also gives you free drinks and have a service mentality more than usual. I stay in a single room so it must be a smallest room in this hotel but it was good size(not too small), there are a space to do even some excercise! Nice design, high quality breakfast, free wifi with good speed

There isn't any obvious defect in this hotel but maybe the location. 15Min walk from train station(not easy road to walk) but a bus stop(line 30) is in front of hotel and takes 1-2min , only one stop from the main train station so it should be no problem for tourist. But I went there for business and finished my work very late so this one more step to reach the hotel from the station bothered me a bit. Not many shops around. Saying that , I guess the price of hotel is competitive because of this, so I can't complain

I found the staff very competent and helpful. The buffet breakfast was varied and the food was fresh. The accommodation was extremely clean and very warm, which was very important due to the severe weather conditions. The room is small and there is only one chair in the room; the bathroom is very, very small as well.

Very small bathroom. Room could have thin curtains behind thick ones, so that one could open curtains and window and not be seen from the street.

Staff was really amiable, helpful and efficient. Location is very good - 10 min on foot from train station, 5 min to old town. Breakfast is awesome. Overall my impression is the hotel really tries to delight guests and not just to "tick the box": internet access details are given unprompted, bottle of water "to go" when you leave, powerful hairdryer, even small library to relax in the evening. Will stay again.

Hotel is nice and clean, but the whole building and assets are definitely not modern. Relatively difficult to find so don't forget to print ininerary in Google beforehand or simply use bus #30.

Above all the breakfast was great - More than usual selection, good service & nice surroundings to eat in. The location is great too. On the edge of the shopping & entertainment precinct, rather than in it. Good tram access was a great help too.

Nothing major wrong with our stay - would be good when in-hotel services they offer on notes in the room were actually fulfilled rather than needing a reminder though. Parking is the big issue. We used the Park & Ride service in Hüslimat with #10 or 17 tram @ $6.00/24hrs. The free tram ticket offer was a super compromise.

Good price, very pleasant staff. Several nice touches, complimentary drinks downstairs, bottle of water on leaving.

A kettle or coffee machine in the room would be nice. The three person room has one.

Small hotel, free internet, free public transport card, good selection of food for breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms without carpet (very important for people with allergies), just 1 stop from the main trainstation & other public transportation hub.

For very early check out there is no real opportunity to eat breakfast. Would be good if they gave the option of a breakfast (either eat in or take out) for early departures.

I liked the excellent behavior of the hotel staff.

I did not like the fact that the reservation was made in chf during the early May, 1 chf is now almost 1 eur. Therefore the room price in eur has increased with almost 30 %.
