The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They provided a service that was 11 out of 10, even finding the address of a shop whose name I had forgotten! The breakfast was also superb and the setting in the garden was a lovely surprise compared with the front of the hotel. Good central location, too. |

Excellent et sympathique accueil. Lit très confortable. Petit-déjeuner buffet varié dans une agréable cour intérieure. Carte pour les transports publics gratuits offerte. A proximité immédiate de la vieille ville et des centres d'intérêt. |

Le jardin à l'arrière de l'hôtel est délicieux( il faut demander une chambre donnant de ce côté là). On peut y prendre les petits déjeuners ou s'y détendre à tout moment. Salle des petits déjeuners lumineuse et colorée très agréable également. Très sympa aussi, les rafraîchissements en accès libre. L'insonorisation entre les chambres et les couloirs est nettement insuffisante. |

L'hôtel est situé près d'un parking (25 chff par jour) et proche du centre ville. A 15 minutes du musée où l'on peut voir l'exposition Vincent Van Gogh (bondée) et ne pas râter les deux autres étages, sans un chat, où l'on peut voir des oeuvres de Soutine, Picasso ... Chambre 408 déconseillée aux personnes âgées : il faut enjamber les toilettes pour entrer et sortir de la douche! Certains placent les toilettes dans la salle de bains, ici la douche avait été placée dans les toilettes! Du jamais vu! Inconfortable au possible. Pour le petit déjeuner il faut se présenter avant 8 heures sinon il faut se contenter de ce ceux qui se lèvent tôt ont bien voulu laisser. |

Vänligt bemötande och fri tillgång till kaffe , the med kakor på dagen och ett glas vin på kvällen!! Bra frukost. Det fanns även en liten trädgård på baksidan där man kunde inta sitt vin eller frukost fast hotellet låg mitt i stan. Lagom stort. |

市内観光には便利なところだった。 Location ist sehr gut. ２回ほど、部屋でくつろいでいるときに、ノックの後勝手に部屋の鍵を開けられ、部屋に入られそうになりました。理由を聞いたら「部屋は快適ですか」と聞かれました。文句があれば言います。チェックイン後部屋に入るのは掃除の時だけにするべきだと思いました。 Nachdem check-in hat ein Angestellter in meiner Zimmer hineingegangen. Das ist so belaestigend :-< |
