Just stayed overnight while travelling, Room were like I expected, very clean and price/service is very good.The hotel staff was more than excellent, very nice, kind and eager to help in any occasion. 3 spoken languages certainly help to improve the service. Based in the Pedestrian Area, the Hotel has an absolute quiet environment. Ideal to have a good if not excellent rest! |

It was the last weekend of the Locarno Film Festival, so needless to say, most hotels in the area were either fully booked or they were extremely expensive, so when we found a room for two at this hotel in the last minute , we took it without hesitation after reading the reviews by others. The front desk was very helpful with information concerning the hotel as well as restaurants nearby. Breakfast was very good to get us started in the mornings. The hotel is a stone throwaway from the waterfront which has a lot of restaurants both by the water or in narrow street within minutes walk from the hotel, as well as a bar by the small harbour with music. Overall, a very good location to wonder around the town or take daytrips on Lake Maggiore. The room did not have a balcony. |

Very nice staff, excellent location close to promenade and beach and city center, nice breakfast Tea machine put too much hot water in the cups, a little loud (not too loud) at night |

The staff is very friendly. Best staff seen in a hotel.Great view from room on part of the lake, and on the town. Great value for money. Must come back! The bed was very hard and old. |

Neben der Seenähe (Seeblick) der ruhigen und doch zentralen Lage die sehr zuvorkommende Betreuung in Deutsch !!! ...es störte mich nicht,aber den in der Beschreibung genannten Parkplatz gibt es nur in einiger Entfernung. Man kann aber zum Laden nahe zum Hotel hinfahren ! |

Die Leitung des Hotels ist einfach der Hammer! Sehr zuvorkommend und einfach umwerfend freundlich. Die Lage ist top und die Suite sehr grosszügig und komfortabel. |

Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Garni im autofreien Teil Asconas, sehr freundliche Gastgeber, feines Frühstück. Auch unsere drei Kids (9, 11 u. 13 Jahre) fühlten sich sehr wohl; wir kommen wieder! |

Freundliches Personal (Frühstückbuffet von 8-12; musste früher abreisen und Buffet öffnete schon um 07:15!), sauber, gemütlich, sehr gute Lage, bequeme Matratzen. Bad ist ziemlich neu. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Hotel Preislage - für Ascona aber normal |

Dieses Hotel bietet alles was man für einen kurztrip in eine Stadt braucht.Perfekte Lage, sehr guter preis und für diesen Preis ist wirklich alles eins a (sehr sauber , freundliches Personal , gutes frühstück, Zimmer 19 schönes Zimmer und schön groß) !!!!! Dieses Hotel werde ich weiter empfehlen!!!!! |

Nettes Personal, sehr zuvorkommend, gute Touristen Info und Ratschläge für Ausglüge vom Personal. Reiches Buffet. Noch eine richtige Familienpension. Sehr sauberes Zimmer. Hat mir gut gefallen. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, jedenfalls mein Zimmer, andere sind vielleicht grösser. Ich kann mir vorstellen dass im Hochsommer viel Lärm sein wird da das Hotel in einer sehr kleinen Strasse liegt. Auto parken ist sehr umständlich da das Hotel in der Fussgängerzone liegt. Das Hotel organisiert eine Tageskarte für das öffentliche Parkhaus, 5 bis 10 min zu Fuss. |

Die zentrale Lage und das relativ grosse und saubere Zimmer. Der freundliche Empfang und das reichhaltige Morgenbuffet. Etwas längere und vorallem weichere Matratzen wären kein Luxus. |
