The hotel rooms are big and clean, the staff is very helpful, good location to visit Heidi Land and surroundings, it is in front of the town train station which has a supermarket, it is a quiet area. Average breakfast but again, spacious and clean dining room with a beatiful view to the garden and mountains. There is parking space and free. There is also a nice restaurant attached to the hotel. |

Gentilezza, disponibilità. Camera grande e molto confortevole. Ristorante "Allegra" situato nel ristorante buono, tipico Svizzero tedesco con portate tipiche veramente buone. Stile un pò vecchio. |

De vriendelijke en behulpzame houding van de medewerkers, de ruime kamer het parkeren op het eigen terrein waardoor onze skispullen in de auto konden blijven. Het specialiteitenrestaurant viel tegen in specialiteiten. De kaart was uiterst eenvoudig. De kwaliteit was redelijk, de bediening zeer plezierig |

そんなに大きな部屋ではありませんでしたが、逆にそれで落ち着きました。また、家具も木目調で統一されていて、非常に良かったです。次回のスイス旅行の際にはまた利用したいと思います。 特にありませんが、フロントは２４時間体制でやって欲しいです。無理？？ |

Salles de bain vieillotte, pas de pression pour l'eau (jamais eu ce problème en Suisse). Grâce à votre site, nous avons payé la chambre Sfr. 184,-- mais elle coûte près de 250 et ne les vaut absolument pas. Les fruits du petit déjeuner sortaient directement du frigo et n'étaient pas mûrs (en plein été!). Les tables du petit déjeuner sont près de la fenêtre sont "réservées" mais personne ne v |

We stayed with one-year old daughter. Therefore I had requested one baby cot for her. When the payment, hotel person request me CHF20 extra as the baby cot and her breakfast. I insisted that baby cot is free of charge on the contract and finally the hotel accepted it. But she still request me CHF10 extra as the BF of my child. Who on the earth requires the money to one-year old baby? I insisted .. |
