The hotel was clean and in the evening lunch everything was prepared on time and the food was very good. We stayed at the hotel for one night but in the morning there were noone to prepare breakfast. As we have understood the responsible person for breakfast did not appear for reasons we have never been informed of. So we had a delay of 2 hours something that was very importent for us since we had to go back to Germany that day. The lady who was responsible for the cleaning, Mrs Maria de Fatima, helped us a lot and she was forced to break the kitchen door and prepare breakfast herself for all the hotel customers and we thank her very much for her efforts.Another problem we had was the heating which didn't function at all in one room but again Mrs Maria de Fatima found portable electrical heating machines that helped the situation a lot. |

The location of the guest house was in the center of the village and was idyllic. The food and service were excellent, the menu was in German., but.the staff helped us by translating. The bedrooms were excellent and the views from the Windows was magnificent. I would recommend this guest house to all my friends. |

The hotel is nice, clean. located not far from luzern (35min) with a beautiful view! the room is small, there are 2 others buildings with diffrent rooms. |

Although we arrived late on our first day, the staff were very helpful in preparing a comprehensive dish of cold meats and cheeses. The location in Flueli can only be described as "heaven on earth" with the picture-postcard views that you only dream of. The bathroom was a little on the small side - we initially missed not having a TV in the room, but this was not a problem as it enabled us to escape from the usual rush of the world. |

Away from the city.So was a bit different experience.Nice location.Roms were very clean.Friendly staff.Nice views New hotel I guess, so there was no much facilities in the room including TV, tea-coffee making facilities etc.It was difficult for us getting to the hotel because of its location.Rooms were bit noisy in the morning.Breakfast was not that good especially for vegeterians.No good transpotation link..only a bus for an hour. 1 hr journey from luzern. |

The staff were welcoming and very friendly. We arrived late from the UK after a 700 mile drive on our motorcycles. We were soaking wet as the last 25 miles in the dark were rode in a storm. The restaurant had already closed but the Chef agreed to make something up for us. The food and service was excellent.It was only the next morning we could see the location of the hotel with stunning views all round. Thankfully that was the only rain we had on our 10 day trip. |

This hotel provides a perfect view and mood as this is a traditional switzerland chalet. Feel the switzerland at an affordable price. The building is made of wood, so it was too noisy. |

It's infront of the mountain and close to the Engelburg. The hotel address is not correct, so need to be updated, and there's no TV. |

Good value, interesting location, wonderful scenery. The evening meal in the restaurant of steak on hot plate was very good - one of my favorite meals this year. I would have liked to know there was no tv in the room. We could not check the weather. |

En general todo bien, la amabilidad del servicio, la limpieza , todo era bastante nuevo y bien conservado. No en concreto, quizas la falta de televisión en las habitaciones, y el desayuno un poco justo. |

Es war sehr ruhig. Das Frückstück entspricht den Erwartungen in der Schweiz. Ein Ei hat gefehlt. Ein Fernseher war nicht vorhanden.Die Auswahlt zum Abendessen war nicht sehr umfangreich. |

Schoon maar zeer eenvoudig. De matrassen waren slecht. Prima voor een tussenstop (1 a 2 overnachtingen). Niet geschikt voor een langere vakantie. |

Sehr gut gefallen hat uns die Lage mitten in der Schweizer Bergwelt!Von hier viele Möglichkeiten zu Ausflügen, z.B. nach Luzern.Das Frühstücksbüfett war sehr gut - frisch gebackenes Brot, verschiedene Sorten Schweizer Käse, Müsli, Joghurt... Schön wäre ein Fernseher auf dem Zimmer gewesen - besonders bei längeren Aufenthalten. |
