Hotel staff were very obliging alllowing us to store large bike bags needed for the flight in their garage for the duration of our cycling holiday until we returned for our last nights stay |

Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was good. Lake of professional reception. Staff was not able to understand english, it's a problem if you need any thing or wanted to ask something.As hotel is situated on uphill, it is difficult to reach if you have baby-buggy or for old people. |

The room was cozy, but the entire stay was inconvenient for the traveler. Example, extremely small mirror in the bathroom, located for a persons 5'5'' tall. Although advertised as a couple blocks from the bahnhof, it was more than a couple AND up a very steep grade. For an older person, inconvenient if not impossible. Also room was on a higher floor. For supper in the restaurant, one had to GO OUTSIDE to enter the restaurant. |

Our room was very nice and quiet. Help was hard to find. No one seemed to be around. The staff does not speak English which made it a little more challenging. The breakfast was very minimal. |

The restaurant in the hotel served excellent pastas and raviolis. It was home made and really tasty The hotel was not clean, the rooms were crammed and the hotel smelled from smoke. I had to get two rooms to accommodate my family and had no other option -- I have three younger children. It was a very expensive stay |

Lovely "old style" basic hotel. New room in the roof was just fantastic. Excellent shower. Breakfast possibly a little basic. The hotel is "smoking friendly" which we did'nt like and this would put us off from returning. This apart a wonderful hotel for the price and a real villiage feeling. The room was new and as such no lingering smoke in it thankfully: perhaps they could make it clear if they have non smoking rooms |

Nothing was good. They didnt take credit cards, so I'm still very suspicious of the payment(if a double payment has not been made..). Because I gave the card information to this website when I made a reservation but the hotel said they didn't take cards. And there were bad smell of cigarette everywhere, and the the facilities were all old. The floor was creaking badly. I cant believe I paid CHF140 for that..! |

Kamer was netjes maar de rest er om heen was oud of versleten. Ontbijt was redelijk. Er hing in het hele hotel een rooklucht vanwege de kroeg op de begane grond. Restaurant was rumoerig vanwege een grote ventilator. |

Es ist ein richtiges Bündnerhaus mit kleinen Fenstern. Das Zimmer wirkte etwas kahl. Kein Radio oder Fernseher. Das Frühstück war nicht so gut, kein Käse, sehr dünner Kaffee, nicht warme Milch. Wenn man etwas brauchte, musste man immer das Personal suchen gehen. |

Zimmer waren zwar etwas spartanisch eingerichtet, aber schön renoviert. Sehr gute Lage - wird noch besser, wenn das neue Bad in Samedan eröffnet wird Frühstück war 'Minimalstandard'; das Restaurant super verraucht, es gab keinen wirklichen Aufenthaltsraum (der vorallem gut gewesen wäre, weil es in den Zimmer nur sehr kleine Fenster gab... zum Schlafen war es gut, zum Aufhalten eher wenig); es gab im Zimmer auch keinen Fön etc. |

Sehr altes Haus und trotzdem schöne neue Zimmer. Zentral gelegen und trotzdem günstiger Preis. Empfang und keine persönliche Verabschiedung. Personal kann nur italienisch, daher schwierige Verständigung. Badzimmer ist zwar neu, aber spartanisch eingerichtet. Ein Kleiderhaken und ein zweites Zahnglas wären wirklich kein Luxus. Essraum zwar alt aber wenig einladend gestaltet. |

Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll renoviert, schlicht und authentisch. Der Frühstücksraum hat mich an meine Kindheit erinnert. Es war sehr gemütlich und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. |
