The staff were exceptionally accomodating and helpful, the room was pleasant, clean and comfortable. Limited facility in english, but we managed to communicate effectively. |

Tutto. Dalla cordiale ospitalità alla gastronomia (2 possibili ottime scelte), al pub con piccola discoteca, all'aspetto di romantica baita della struttura, alla tranquillità che regna in quel paesino pulito e ordinato dall'aspetto idilliaco. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato l'ottimo trattamento riservato agli animali da compagnia educati e viaggiatori come il nostro. Manca un ascensore. |

le personnel aimable et discret , l'environnement autour de l'hôtel qui offre des possibilité de promenade assez vaste , une banque et un petit supermarché en face de l'hôtel la circulation au pied de l'hôtel qui pourrait gêner certaine personne la nuit , ils ne parlent pas français donc revisser votre anglais ou votre allemand (mais le langage des signe fonctionne très bien ) |

La camera e il bagno molto spaziosi e luminosi, oltre alla possibilità di raggiungere in pochi minuti il centro storico della cittadina di Stein-am-Rhein. Da una delle tre finestre della camera entravano gli odori della cucina sottostante. La biancheria da letto piuttosto vecchia (piccolo buco nel lenzuolo copri-materasso). |

Habitación amplia y completamente amueblada. Baños renovados y limpios. La habitación daba a la carretera principal con lo que era un poco ruidosa. Las ventanas no tienen persianas ni cortinas gruesas, con lo que desde que amanece entra mucha luz a la habitación. |

Vraiment super comme hôtel, prix top et l'hôtel est tout prêt du centre de Stein am Rhein, vraiment le top!!! Le matin vers 7h, difficile de faire le check-out car tout le monde dort :-) |

Vaikka olimme lähes ainoat Hotellin asiakkaat , niin palvelu pelasi.Hotelli toimi pienen kylän lounas ja illallisravintola ja oli näihin aikoihin tupaten täysi eli ruoka oli erinomaista ja tunnelma paikallisten keskuudessa mainio! |

la gentilezza dei dipendenti e dei titolari dell'hotel è vero che era il 31/12 e l' 1/1 ma due giorni per cambiarmi la camera perchè avevo il riscaldamento che non funzionava è un pò troppo, 4 notti = 2 notti al freddo e 2 notti confortevoli |

Chefin war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Zimmer wurde für 1 Nacht nicht verrechnet Konnte in der ersten Nacht infolge Lärm nicht schlafen. Die Situation hat sich aber danach beruhigt. |
