the amazing views from the hotel and its make and shape.very close to interlaken ost.bus takes just 5 minutes.walking takes around 15 min.very friendly and hospitable owner.lovely breakfast.couldnt get more for the money i spent on this hotel. |

This hotel is located on a small hill across the river behind the Interlaken Ost, and it will spend 25-30 minutes by foot from the train station, and our window just faces the river, it's very beautiful. |

Very nice setting above the town of Interlaken, our room (#4) had a very nice view. Staff was friendly, everything was clean. You'll need a car to easily get there. Dinner was average, consider eating somewhere else if you're looking for fine cuisine. |

nice location if you have a car. the outside of the hotel looked nice. best of all the restaurtant terrace for views over interlaken, plus you can book rooms with the same same view. Hotel inside was horrible for the CHF 120 price per night. location is bad unless you have a car. The room looked like a hostel room, was very hot with no aircon and the bed was the noisiest i have ever slept in. every move made a huge noise. on top of this the lady who checked us in seemed irritated at our arrival and dumped us in our room without saying anything. I booked this with my girfriend thinking it wou be a nice start to our holiday but our subsequent campsites were all far superior! |

Accommodation was clean and attractive, with excellent views.Staff were friendly and efficient. Food was substantial and meals served hot. Bus service once an hour into or out of Interlaken a little restricting, and needs careful planning. |

Awesome views from our room!! Ok breakfast served in a nice balcony. Clean rooms & baths. Away from the noisy centre. Totally dependant of car or bus. 20 min from Interlaken ost... But it's all way mountain up!! -This is a major issue when you're arriving the 1st time-. We asked about bus to Interlaken but we weren't offered a transport card (and the bus was expensive!). |

We liked our room next to the hotel with our own private entrance. The view from our room was superb! Our motorbikes could stay in the carport which was really nice. The breakfast was very simple and plain. |

The view was good. Free wi-fi internet. Breakfast was good. Staff was good. Free bus from hotel to town centre after check-in. It's quite far away from the train station (ost), about 20-30 minutes walk up the mountain. |

The room hotel was in an extremely beautiful location with mountains and lakes and also the interlaken ost station at a walkable distance. ...The view from our room was simply AWESOME.The room size was good and provided all basic facility.also the restaurant for breakfast had a wonderful view of the mountains and their service was very good and homely. Overall it was value for money. They did not have telephone in room and the internet connection was not so good . |

The services are very good. The hotel is a little far away from Interlaken Ost by walk.The time is about twenty minutes if guests carry luggage.But the traffic is convenient by bus.The hotel will give guests free bus cards.Overall this hotel is good. |

The hotel has the best of the views in Interlaken East. It is a bit far from the city and rail-station (east and west) and on an uphill, so walking to and fro is not practically possible. However, bus 1 and 2 (readily available from the owners) depart very near from the hotel every hour connecting very well from the city and station. However, since its every hour therefore you have to plan accordingly. The views from the roof-top restaurant is mesmerizing and worth the experience. If one can accomodate the travelling in the bus to rech the city and back to the hotel, then this is an ideal cottage like hotel perfect for a relaxing couple far away from the hustle bustle. The breakfast was too basic and poor for the price they charge. They should include atleast eggs in that price. Not worth the price atall. The bath-room leaked water. The best views are from the rooms facing the city which is not guaranteed when you book through booking.com. I booked atleast 3 months in advance, still didnt get such a room :( |
