Tot i que està al costat de l'aeroport no tens cap mena de soroll. A més, età ben comunicat amb el centre de la ciutat.

A l'hora d'esmorçar van trigar bastant estona a reposar el menjar.

Closeness to public transport - less than a 5 minute walk to the tram stop and approximately 10 minutes to the city; free with hotel supplied public transport ticket. Very good buffet breakfast. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Free transport to the airport. Very helpful staff.

Excellent hotel for the travelling in swizerland. It is very convinence to reach the airport.

As we were leaving Geneva early the next morning, the free shuttle bus to the airport was very relevant to us. I also liked the room as although it was basic, it offered enough space to put large luggages and very comfortable.

Eating was difficult as they did not have a place to serve dinner and there were no immediate shops surrounding the hotel. Hence, travellers would need to walk to the next hotel for dinner. However, the breakfast spread was quite decent.

Free internet access that worked ok. Buffet breakfast was good. Staff friendly, room clean and quiet.

Bed was way too soft. When we asked for a firmer bed, we were told that all beds were alike. Since it was pre-paid, we could not change hotels. Restaurant service was poor at dinner. Waited for over 45 minutes for order to arrive, when there were very few customers in the restaurant. We finally flagged down someone to help us, as our waitress had disappeared. Caesar salad was lettuce with chicken plopped down on it.

When I stayed in this hotel on my last trip to Geneva they had free wired internet in the rooms, it is now wireless, but only in the lobby - pay access in the rooms, although I did not need internet access this trip booking.com lists this hotel as having free wireless internet so this is a fail on the upgrade in my view - this change should be listed in the hotel description - no impressed 2. poorest sleep of my 5 week trip - intermittent noise from the floor above until 3:10am

Good desk service. The only improvement comment I would have is that the member I spoke to had never been to or seen the two restaurants recommenced.

No free in-room wifi No restaurant facilities other than breakfast There are no restaurants nearby so it is very inconvenient and expensive to find an evening meal.

The hotel is supposed to provide transportation to and from the airport. I was told the shuttle would be availabe a 5:15am. I got up early and was at lobby on time. Shuttle arrived at 5:30am and charged us 6 franks for the trip to the airport. This is not fair.

Overall the Holiday was good .

The fact that there is a dining area in the hotel there should be food available apart from breakfast, even if this was only pizzas, sandwiches or other snacks. There is no where to go close to the hotel.

Had an unplanned stay here after I lost a bus connection due to a late plane. Hotel is bare-bones, but still very good; cheap, clean and minutes away from the airport, which made the deal. A shopping mall across the street allowed me to get a discount ski jacket after I had forgot mine at home!

Breakfast was sub-par, and no restaurant for lunch/dinner. The surroundings ain't got much scenery.

Clean rooms, good breakfast. Shuttle service good to and from airport. Close to catch tram to Geneve.Staff was very helpfull. Free tram passes for our stay.(3 days)

The hotel was good, the room was clean and comfortable. The Hotel is walking distance to the car rental return of the airport, they offer breakfast and the staff i friendly. Some even speak spanish.

No free wifi internet at the rooms, the shuttle never appeared next morning when we needed a ride to the airport at 5 am, so we needed to call a regular cab having to pay more.

From the information on the website of booking.com we can read that the airport shuttle is for free. Furthermore, our breakfast was included in the room rate. Since the hotel is named as airport hotel, we thought our choice for Holiday Inn was a good choice. However, we do not see a reason what the benefit is of an airport hotel. First of all, we have specifically requested in our booking whether it was possible to get a shuttle at 05:30 since our flight was leaving at 06:40. Unfortunately, no response from the hotel so we thought that should be no problem for an airport hotel. However, the manager on duty informed us that the hotel shuttle does not operate that early. We had to take a joint taxi with three other people since the taxi was arriving later than ordered the day before. My girlfriend had no place to sit, so she had to sit on my lap. In the taxi the driver was trying to increase his fee by saying that we had to pay an extra fee for our luggage..... This is really not acceptable at all. We had to pay him CHF 15 for a 2 minute drive instead of a free airport shuttle. Secondly, we ordered two breakfast boxes on Monday evening, but due to all the stress with taxi's arriving not in time, the manager on duty on Tuesday morning was not able to arrange for breakfast boxes. So, we left with a too expensive taxi and with an empty stomach.

The room was more than adequate. The reception staff was very attentive. They provided a simple breakfast for us even though we needed to leave for the airport by 5 am. The hotel is within walking distance from the airport.

There were very few options for eating nearby. We ended up having a fairly expensive meal at the casino facility. Because we had such an early flight we requested a taxi for what would have been a 10 minute walk. The taxi cost 20 Euros! It seems to me that an airport hotel could (should?) have a better option for the transfer.
