Reasonably priced hotel near River and lake.

Good location close to the train station and a really good price for Geneva. Many restaurants and a supermarket close by. Great price for Geneva hotels.

The room smelt strongly of smoke and the bed was so soft we woke up aching.

This is located in the city centre and very easy to find your bearings. The free wifi is excellent with great speeds.

Ibis do not provide a left-bag facility. This is annoying as check-out is before 12 and my flight was not until evening time and therefore had no choice but to carry my luggage around all day. The room had only one plug socket. This is lunacy in the year 2013 particulary when Ibis offer free wifi. As two female travellers, we had to negotiate the charging of two iphones, two ipads, a hair-dryer and curling tongs around 1 socket - this was very irritating and needs to be addressed ASAP.

As usual with other Ibis hotels, you know what to expect and feel safe with all facilities, especially in a city like Geneva.

Particularly nothing was negative.

Convinient location: 5 min of walking from the central railway station. Decent price compared to other hotels. Clean and tidy room.

Rooms rather small

It was really close to the train - so you can easily travel out of Geneva and also the bus station so it was only 5 minutes on the bus into the centre of town.

Though small, the room was reasonably comfortable, and there was a good amount of storage space. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Though not surprising in Geneva, the room rate was very high for a two-star hotel.

Everything about the hotel..staff,comfort,friendliness and helpfulness of all staff was excellent. The location was very central with easy access to all transport.

Otel was optimum in many ways, near the city center, clean and friendly :)

It is a good value for money hotel in Geneve. We stayed 3 nights during the weekend and received rate for 2 nights. the hotell is 15 min. walking distance from most Geneva landmarks. The location near the railway station is also convenient.

The bathroom amenities should be better, especially the liquid soap and the available towels.

Located just a 10 minutes walk from the main train station in Geneva. Rooms were basic but good. Only complaint was the noise from a side street pub between 7 to 10 pm.; If you can, avoid all rooms ending with nos 8 or 9 as these will face the side street with the noisy pub.

Fast and effective response to our complaints of a clogged-up sink and bathtub. Overall good value in this expensive city.

Clean modern rooms. Staff were very friendly! We had a wonderful stay in the hotel!!
