Hotel is great, located in the very center - access to the city. Great design. Free saunas and fitness. At check-in, you gen a free public transport ticket for the whole stay period. Hotel is great, but the environment is not the best. From one side it's a benefit that it's located in the very center - access to the city, but from the other side, it's very noisy during nights (especially Friday and Saturday nights). Also, it's next to red lights district, so be ready to see a lot of ladies selling themselves. Parking is expensive - 30chf per day.

What I really liked, in addition to the cleanliness of the hotel/room, was the free internet access card for the duration of your stay that the reception offers you, in addition to a transport card, which enables you to freely use all types of public transportation in Geneva (TPG). For families, I would advise booking in another area since this hotel is located in Pâquis, Geneva's growing Red Light District. But for those who like adventures, this could well be interesting!

Room smelt like smoke. We had a small child and requested non-smoking. It was so bad I couldn't sleep and left at 4am the next morning.

The room was big in size, and its lighting was well provided. The set up of the bathroom was a little inconvenient with the water closet located separately from the shower/tub and sink. The room is very basic and the hotel gave a budget hotel feeling.

Convenient location for restaurants, station etc and most of Geneva, including un buildings, with free local transport card. Very friendly reception staff. Large room with very comfortable bed. Free WiFi for whole stay. Very quiet room despite overlooking the street Expensive but that's mainly due to the exchange rate and Geneva prices generally. At least booking.com got me a good rate including breakfast. Not in the nicest part of town - felt uncomfortable walking past so many shady-looking characters especially in the dark but that said, I had no problems despite staying for nearly 4 weeks. Very limited storage facilities for long stay - no drawers. Room windows do not open and limited range of adjustment on air conditioning - I prefer sleeping in a cool room. Rather odd arrangement of separate toilet (with no hand basin) some way from bathroom. Big dissapointment was to learn that I couldn't gain A-Club points for my long stay because I did not book direct.

Fairly good size room with well connecting rooms for family. The fact that they give us plastic cup and stirrer is a bad choice. Especially if they are an environmentally freindly hotel. A proper glass cup and metal spoon would be a much better choice.

Conveniently located near public transport stations (train, tram and bus). Also near the Geneva city centre. The pillows are not comfortable - too flat. They are also large and square in shape, which unnecessarily waste space.

The hotel itself is wonderful -- nice design, very clean, great breakfast, helpful staff. It is located near the train station, which is a good thing. The bad thing is that there are always hookers plying their trade right around the corner from the hotel's entrance. Try explaining that to your 6-year- old when he asks, "Why are those ladies just standing around?"

Price is good, slick and contemporary colour and design in the lobby, rooms and restaurant, good variety of breakfast dishes . free wireless internet, perfect location just a few minutes walk from . excellent for business Hotel is located at red light district, could be unsafe during late hours, also no money exchange services . you have to exchange at a bureau close by, which looks ghetto. So either exchange at airport or someplace further from the district

The hotel has new furniture, new style, good location and free internet access in the lobby with 2 apple computers. No luggage staff, few people in the reception, it was clear that they are in staff shortage period. The room is good size but I did not like the way bathroom was located. It was very close to the bed and there is no privacy when I goo to the bathroom. For example if there is any problem in the bathroom like a bad smell it will make your life like a hill. Bathroom should be fully isolated, there was a doors like the cowboys doors in the 40's.

Great staff, good rooms and nice location - close to train station, river, old town and restaraunts. The location also attacks too many hustlers and "working girls", so be careful when you walk around at night...

the room was spacious and neat and clean no complaints, was a nice stay. only thing i would say is that i wasn't aware it was in such a red light district, felt very uncomfortable walking around the streets there at night with all the prostitutes

The rooms were clean and not too noisy. The staff is helpful and they have a free computer center (some Macs and printers) in the lobby. The breakfast was fine, but in my opinion is priced a bit high even for Switzerland (28 chf). The rooms have a modern design but lack some functionality. For example, I couldn't understand where to put the towels after I took a shower. Drugs and prostitutes at night, a couple guys even approached me asking if I "need something", but I never felt any danger from anyone.
