Location only a 10-minute walk from the Geneve Main Station, directly in the city centre. Friendly hotel staff - I was to meet some people, they helped to organize it. Rooms are clean and well-maintained. Excellent breakfast and fast internet for free in the room. The heating was off during the day and was switched on as of late afternoon, which made rooms quite cold during the day. |

The room we were given was the one bed room with sofa, not the twp bedded room. The room was cleaned but on three occasions I had to call reception to ask for the second glass and cup. |

Good location. Large room. Excellent gym. The hotel was a bit run down, especially given the price. Construction in the lobby also detracted. |

Both rooms booked were double occupancy but on more than one occasion only one cup and one milk supplied. Requests for an additional cup was ignored on one occasion, needing a repeat phone call to reception. |
