とてもおしゃれな室内。駅からもさほど離れていない。 あまりにもデザインに懲りすぎていて、不便なところも。(水道のtapが横から、とかは使いにくい・・・）- |

Nonrefundableで予約したおかげで通常より低価格で泊まれたと思います。部屋は広くきれいで、- インターネットは無料。朝食はバラエティーにとんでおり、とてもよかったです。 部屋の冷房が寒すぎたように思います。切ったつもりでもなぜかとても寒かったです。 |

週末のため通常（平日）の1/3くらいの料金（CHF160）でSuperior Roomに宿泊できました。この料金で部屋の設備（インターネット無料等）、広さに関しては文句は言えませ- ん。バスルームの入り口は観音開き。トイレ別。周囲の環境は、一ブロック歩くと、夜のお姉さんが立っていま- したが、そんなの関係ネェーです。週末宿泊される方は是非このホテルをトライアルしてください。 このホテルに限ったことではないですが、ジュネーブのホテルの部屋のコーヒー、いくらスイスがネッスルの本- 社とはいえ、インスタントはやめて欲しいです。粉にしてください。 |

outlook and size of the hotel; we were given a family room with double bed number of staff very limited resulted in very long waiting time for check-in/.check-out; Bath in our room can't be used, water leaked from the tap; toilet is seperate with very raw to no decoration. bathroom amenities doesn't feel like high quality....disappointed us as a famous 4 star chain hotel |

You are left in peace with staff being available but not bothersome. They did not offer me the free city transportation ticket upon check-in and I had to ask for it. This may have been an oversight from their side as other guests had gotten it upon check-in. |

The Hotel is in a very busy area with lots of small restaurants and bars. The reception wanted to send us to "China Town" when we asked for a restaurant that serves fondue chinoise. (A Swiss speciality.) |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. the location is very good, close to the trainstation, the lake and city centre. The free access to the internet in the lobby was very convenient and the fitness room, which was not so big, but enough for some regular workout. There was enough space in the room. |
