God beliggenhad, OK standard, men alt for dyrt, både morgenmaden som var ret ligegyldig, og ikke mindst priserne på alm. drinks - helt horrible. Kommer der aldrig mere.

I'd have liked a hair conditioner in the complimentary toiletries (minor issue)

Large, quiet, very nicely appointed room with refrigerator. Good, although expensive breakfast buffet with very nice staff. Very convenient to train station as well as to the old city.

We were not given the Geneva travel vouchers. Our 'superior' room was made up for only one person (towels etc) One bedside light did not work The room was on the top floor and very low ceilinged To access the room we had to walk up 19 very awkwared stairs to a very small The airconditioning was far too noisy; we had to have it on as there was an impossible hum in our room which totally frustrated sleep I waited more than 10 minutes to check out I told these complaints to a junior manager.Also other guests who had to catch a train just had to put cash down and run I have stayed at Sofitel hotels in the past and am on that register. Should this have been known to reception staff?

Luxury hotel at a very good value in city center. Beautiful room with crisp linens and great bath. We want to return again.

Because the hotel is in city center with many one way streets, be sure to get precise directions to the hotel. We parked two blocks away and I walked there. An accommodating staff person accompanied me back to the car and directed us to the hotel: great service.

There is no lift to first floor on one side of hotel but starts at first floor and goes up so have to carry cases up one floor Menu in restaurant was limited and not everything available

Great location, quiet but central. Staff extremely helpful & wifi very useful.

The hotel is in a good location not far from the railway station and centre (trains were good). Room, staff, breakfast all excellent, we received free travel passes when we checked in. Would definetely stay there or in this chain of hotels again, very impressed.
