Sehr zentrale Lage. Unkompliziertes Einchecken. Fahrkarte für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel mit inbegriffen. Sehr bequeme Betten. Frühstück nicht mit inbegriffen. Auswahl an Drinks in der Bar sehr beschränkt. Service in der Bar unaufmerksam. |

Stilvolle, romantische Einrichtung. Zentrale Lage. Freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter. Live Musik am Flügel in der Lobby! Das Hotel war nicht in der Lage uns einen Parkplatz zur Verfügung zu stellen. Dabei hatten wir den Wunsch nach einem Parkplatz in der Reservierung vermerkt. |

Das Zimmer war absolut suber und sehr gepflegt. Es war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Minibar und die kleine Kaffeeküche liessen keine Wünsche offen. Das Bad war nicht nur schön sondern auch funktional durchdacht. Bademäntel und Latschen waren im Bad gelagert und mussten nicht gesondert geordert werden. Die gewünschte Parkplatzreservierung hat nicht funktioniert und das Personal hat mir lapidar erklärt das ich mein Auto im öffentlichen Parkhaus am Bahnhof parken solle (15 min. Fussweg). Das Frühstück ist zu teuer |

I liked the staff, everyone was very friendly 1. It was not noted that the mini bar isn't included in the fee.2. I ordered a dinner in a room, paid it in cash, yet the same amount was included in the bill for mini bar so paid it twice (16 franks) not a lot but anyway... I just didn't look through the bill attentively while paying the total amount for mini bar. |

I chose this hotel for its location and positive reviews and I am happy to say that I was not disappointed. Apart from a lovely hotel, what makes it extra special are the staff - excellent, professional and always helpful. |

I think it was very comfortable adn the staff was very pleasant and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel rate / location and the room quality. It is a pity that the internet access on the hotel's pc is not for free. I went to other 4 star hotels and the service is free. It makes such a difference if you are on a business trip... I amy suggest to have this access for free but only for a limited time... |

Very well placed right between the station (without any noise or other issues from the proximity) and the city. The lack of super view from our room was not really a problem in this hotel - saving lots of money on not having a lake view. The fridge and water boiler was a boon when you travel with an infant. Free Wireless. Comfortable queen bed. Old but nice furniture. Friendly staff Some black spots in the otherwise clean shower. The staff would look into removing them. Price of breakfast was excessive, luckily excellent breakfast was to be had or brought back from just next door. Full price for room was booked off my card immediately - was mentioned in the reservation, but still. |

Hotel was not really modern, funitures were old. The room was clean. Location was great, lots of restaurants and shops in the near area. 5-8 min walking distance to the station no elevator from the ground floor to the first floor if you booked an excecutive room. When you have huge lugagges to carry might be a bit unhandy. Booked for 2 persons, 2 persons had to register |

From the in-room coffee/tea set ( a rarity in Europe a standard in any US motel), to the extra long shoe horn, there was not an item missing in the room. At the rate we paid and in view of the absolutely ideal location this is the best value for money we have had in years. Justifies everyone of its four stars. |
