l'albergo è carino ed il personale gentile e molto disponibile le camere sono sporche cercavo una presa per caricare il telefonino ma non ho potuto mettere la mano per la polvere |

L'hotel è elegante e ben arredato. I letti sono comodissimi e il cliente è ben seguito da uno staff collaborativo. La posizione è buona. Bagno ampio e pulitissimo. La sera nella hall suona una brava pianista Per arrivare alle camere è necessario fare una rampa di scale ripidissime, infatti l'unico ascensore, spesso occupato, è al primo piano. Bar e ristorante deludenti |

buona posizione,sia per girare in città a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici. Ottima l'idea della direzione di offrire ai clienti una tessera nominativa per i mezzi pubblici da utilizzare durante tutto il soggiorno fino all'ultimo viaggio per l'aeroporto. |

Ho apprezzato la posizione dell'hotel e l'ampiezza della camera. Anche il bagno è confortevole anche se un po' piccolo. Al nostro check in non ci hanno detto che c'era la carta dei trasporti pubblici gratuita. L'abbiamo dovuta richiedere noi. |

La pulizia delle camere ed il servizio L'Hotel è molto rumoroso, non sono riuscita a dormire. I mobili troppo usati. Non credo di tritornare più lì. |

I liked the staff, everyone was very friendly 1. It was not noted that the mini bar isn't included in the fee.2. I ordered a dinner in a room, paid it in cash, yet the same amount was included in the bill for mini bar so paid it twice (16 franks) not a lot but anyway... I just didn't look through the bill attentively while paying the total amount for mini bar. |

I chose this hotel for its location and positive reviews and I am happy to say that I was not disappointed. Apart from a lovely hotel, what makes it extra special are the staff - excellent, professional and always helpful. |

I think it was very comfortable adn the staff was very pleasant and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel rate / location and the room quality. It is a pity that the internet access on the hotel's pc is not for free. I went to other 4 star hotels and the service is free. It makes such a difference if you are on a business trip... I amy suggest to have this access for free but only for a limited time... |

Very well placed right between the station (without any noise or other issues from the proximity) and the city. The lack of super view from our room was not really a problem in this hotel - saving lots of money on not having a lake view. The fridge and water boiler was a boon when you travel with an infant. Free Wireless. Comfortable queen bed. Old but nice furniture. Friendly staff Some black spots in the otherwise clean shower. The staff would look into removing them. Price of breakfast was excessive, luckily excellent breakfast was to be had or brought back from just next door. Full price for room was booked off my card immediately - was mentioned in the reservation, but still. |

Hotel was not really modern, funitures were old. The room was clean. Location was great, lots of restaurants and shops in the near area. 5-8 min walking distance to the station no elevator from the ground floor to the first floor if you booked an excecutive room. When you have huge lugagges to carry might be a bit unhandy. Booked for 2 persons, 2 persons had to register |

From the in-room coffee/tea set ( a rarity in Europe a standard in any US motel), to the extra long shoe horn, there was not an item missing in the room. At the rate we paid and in view of the absolutely ideal location this is the best value for money we have had in years. Justifies everyone of its four stars. |
