Very welcoming people! Smiling & so helpful. The room was so spacious I really felt so relaxed! I wish I could stay longer! The shower in the bathroom could have been more powerful considering that we were in Geneva! After all, a vigorous shower can be so revitalizing especially after a long hot day! |

Large, quiet, very nicely appointed room with refrigerator. Good, although expensive breakfast buffet with very nice staff. Very convenient to train station as well as to the old city. No complaints |

We were not given the Geneva travel vouchers. Our 'superior' room was made up for only one person (towels etc) One bedside light did not work The room was on the top floor and very low ceilinged To access the room we had to walk up 19 very awkwared stairs to a very small The airconditioning was far too noisy; we had to have it on as there was an impossible hum in our room which totally frustrated sleep I waited more than 10 minutes to check out I told these complaints to a junior manager.Also other guests who had to catch a train just had to put cash down and run I have stayed at Sofitel hotels in the past and am on that register. Should this have been known to reception staff? See above We also cancelled our reservation for the restaurant after seeing the menu |

I like the how things order in the hotel bed and the chair air condition very clean bath good space for eurpean room. I didn't like when we come to the reception the reject my booking for credit card problem they ask for modify for the credit card then booing.com modified through me the new card number they consider another room and they want to charge for me for extra night? |

Luxury hotel at a very good value in city center. Beautiful room with crisp linens and great bath. We want to return again. Because the hotel is in city center with many one way streets, be sure to get precise directions to the hotel. We parked two blocks away and I walked there. An accommodating staff person accompanied me back to the car and directed us to the hotel: great service. |

The location of the hotel is excellent, right near the water, a short walk across the bridge to the old town. This is a great, much lower cost alternative to the 5-star hotels with an even better location than say, the Hotel President Wilson. It is a 4-star place, though, completely adequate but totally utilitarian, so if you're into glitz and glamour, definitely not the right place. But the facilities have been updated and are very clean, so it's not at all grubby or unpleasant. This is a great choice for a quick business stop in Geneva at half the price of the 5-star places. |

Easy to get to. Confortt of the rooom. Good breakfast Staff is slow at reception and unable to multi task. The staff was busyat desk and I couldn't interrupt to take my luggage back. Had to wait for 10 min as at the endthere was only one key for the luggage room and they couldn't find the staff with it. The taxi ws waiting oustide, cost me a fortune and I missed my train. Unacceptable!!!! |

Nicely decorated rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. Bed not quite as comfortable as hoped for. A slight cigarette smoke in the carpets. Were woken up on both nights due to partying sounds from other room/s. Sounds from the street (not normal traffic) were quite audible. Didn't get enough sleep. |

The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the towels and bedsheets were very very clean. The size of the room was good; the bathroom was brand new. There was no mirror in the room except at the back of the door, which was useless because the door was always open. |

Very good location. Within walking distance of station, old town and lake. Staff very helpful with directions. Room was very well furnished and bed was good. Would stay there again There is no lift to first floor on one side of hotel but starts at first floor and goes up so have to carry cases up one floor Menu in restaurant was limited and not everything available |

The hotel is in a good location not far from the railway station and centre (trains were good). Room, staff, breakfast all excellent, we received free travel passes when we checked in. Would definetely stay there or in this chain of hotels again, very impressed. |

The room was well-equipped and clean, a bathrobe and slippers were in the bathroom. The breakfast was good. I had to wait for over 15 min. to check-out because there was only 1 receptionist at the reception. It was 9:30AM and I don't think that it was too late or too early for check-out. I think that I just happened that situation, but they should improve the staff assignment. |
