No. It's nothing special. The staffs in the front desk are ok. but not friendly. They are to be trained with more warmly welcome to the customers.

No elevator for the room we stayed. it's not convienience. We would not return to this hotel for our next visit to Geneva

Very welcoming people! Smiling & so helpful. The room was so spacious I really felt so relaxed! I wish I could stay longer!

The shower in the bathroom could have been more powerful considering that we were in Geneva! After all, a vigorous shower can be so revitalizing especially after a long hot day!

I didn't like when we come to the reception the reject my booking for credit card problem they ask for modify for the credit card then booing.com modified through me the new card number they consider another room and they want to charge for me for extra night?

The location of the hotel is excellent, right near the water, a short walk across the bridge to the old town. This is a great, much lower cost alternative to the 5-star hotels with an even better location than say, the Hotel President Wilson. It is a 4-star place, though, completely adequate but totally utilitarian, so if you're into glitz and glamour, definitely not the right place. But the facilities have been updated and are very clean, so it's not at all grubby or unpleasant. This is a great choice for a quick business stop in Geneva at half the price of the 5-star places.

Easy to get to. Confortt of the rooom. Good breakfast

Staff is slow at reception and unable to multi task. The staff was busyat desk and I couldn't interrupt to take my luggage back. Had to wait for 10 min as at the endthere was only one key for the luggage room and they couldn't find the staff with it. The taxi ws waiting oustide, cost me a fortune and I missed my train. Unacceptable!!!!

Nicely decorated rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff.

Bed not quite as comfortable as hoped for. A slight cigarette smoke in the carpets. Were woken up on both nights due to partying sounds from other room/s. Sounds from the street (not normal traffic) were quite audible. Didn't get enough sleep.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the towels and bedsheets were very very clean. The size of the room was good; the bathroom was brand new.

There was no mirror in the room except at the back of the door, which was useless because the door was always open.

Easy to reach places in town from here quite cosy and comfy place old style

The hotel was conviently placed for visiting the centre and also for ease of transport to visit friends.
