Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, excellent location, good breakfast

Very friendly staff. Very very clean. Breakfast was adequate.

Room to the front of the hotel even though on the fourth floor was very noisy due to traffic outside.

Staff are very friendly,efficient,and helpful,excellent breakfast and excellent location for relaxation and shopping,they need only to change the Rooms Key style to a better Card style.

Nothing,every thing was perfect

On a whole, it was a very satisfying experience. The staffs were incredibly friendly and helpful. One thing I really like about them is they never overpromise the customers:-) I was asking for a quiet room because I had a interview on the next day. The receptionist told me there was only one room left, but it was kind of close to the street, so there might not be 100% quiet. But actually it was really quiet, the double- shield windows really helped a lot. The location of the hotel is really fabulous, close to everywhere:-)

Disappointed with lack of atmosphere in bar both early and late on Saturday evening. Not overly impressed with Le Poisson restaurant.

Very convenient central location with good restaurant. Desk staff very helpful. Next time I would like a room overlooking the courtyard as the traffic is noisy in the outside bedrooms.

The hotel staff were excellent: friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Le Poisson's chef should be commended- the food was outstanding and the service was impeccable. The hotel location was great, the room was clean and neat, and I will return next time.

I was extremely pleased with my stay. The room was most comfortable, all the staff - at reception, in the restaurant, and cleaning staff - were very helpful and friendly. The wireless access was free (which was a great benefit) and the location, just near Paradeplatz in the main shopping area and next to the old city could not be beat. I recommend the hotel without hesitation.

It is a very friendly Hotel, it is clean, and it is comfortable, I certainly shall stay again at the Hotel if I visit Zuerich

I had ordered a room with a shower, which they did not have, I have very bad knees and almost could not get out of the bath
