The hotel is very nice, the rooms are very confortable and well located, near the center and the lake. The staff is very kind and efficient.

Junior suite was excellent and exactly as advertised. Staff was friendly and quite helpful with taxis, tourist info and shopping tips. Breakfast was extensive and delicious...

Price a bit high but met our expectations - seems in line with Zurich area luxury hotels.

Like all pleasant Zurich hotels, the rates are on the high side when compared to other European capitals.

Fine fish restaurant (Poisson), kind hotel staff, good breakfast. Situated near Paradeplatz and Tohnhalle. Everything was good, but usual.

Absence of belles vues around the hotel.

All the staff are friendly,helpful and its so convinient to anywhere you want to go! Someday if we or our friends who wants to go there we will recomend your Hotel.(Hotel Glarnischhof)

Location excellent. Zürich is a city never cheap hosting. The Staff is extremely helpful and kind. Great for those going to work. We recommend.

Excellent service as always, very friendly staff. Wifi is good, breakfast in the morning is good and the location is great for business. As I had stayed there before I was offered a complimentary upgrade which was very nice of the hotel! I was also able to have a late check out on my last day which was very useful as well

Everything was excellent... There is nothing to say more... Especially being served a chocolate in the evenings (to your room) was a great idea which is compatible with the Swiss chocolate tradition...

a very good hotel.Great location, wonderful attitude of the staff, no parking problem (a valet is parking your car), very comfortable and clean room, nice breakfast.

I liked the room very much. It is large and clean. Bathromm was large also.. The equipments at the room were very useful and I felt like home ! :) Actually I need to check the "tripadvisor web site" also, to be sure. Because there was good and bad reviews at booking website. After I read the tripadviser I decided O.K.

Location was excellent, close to both shopping and the lake, as well as main congress halls. Staff was very helpful and dining staff particularly efficient and pleasant. ( too salty sauce was immediately redone and complimentary wine offered to apologize... Amazing!) Complimentary water and fruit in room.( however, pear and apple not ripe, no knife to cut them, orange/ tangerine perfect)

Too small entrance hall, no place to relax and meet friends except. In the small bar. Table and chairs that were in the entry were mismatched, hit your knees. Meeting facilities limited and the one room takes over the space for any place to relax , when in use. Not enough directions for room switches controlling lights and window shade. No clock, must turn on TV to see time ( seems to be typical in other Swiss hotels too) Mini bar also not indicated ... Until my checkout I didn't realize there was one. Only one pillow on queen bed, none in closet.

the helpful and friendly attitude of staff, who seemed to go out of their way to "spoil" us, the high standart of the room and air conditioner, the breakfast, the complementary fruit dish etc.

Efficient facilities; attentive, helpful and efficient staff; location is superb, the inside is cosy, comfortable and well organized.

Breakfast choice could be more imaginative, the fish restaurant is closed on the week end...

Breakfast siting area was very small , poor breakfast menu, unfriendly staff at breakfast area and I find them rude. This should be consider as 2 star hotel. Poor air condition. very expansive hotel with dirty and old furniture.

Room was clean ,spacious ,bed was large ,comfortable ,linen clean,and bathroom excellent.

1)Breakfast serving area is too cramped,too many people trying to get their breakfasts in a very confined area. 2)Room temperature too warm,needed to have windows open in order to cool down the room,this then allowed the noisefrom the street to enter room. 3)No instructions on how to work the coffee maker,spent a good 20 minutes trying to make a cup of coffee,gave up eventually.

distance to Niederdorf is not the best, other hotels are nearer
